I clicked through credit karma with the headline of “finding out how much a new car monthly payment might be”. They required all my data (name, full address, time living there, earnings after tax, current car ownership, mileage, deposit, exactly what model I wanted to look at (I didn’t know yet - I wanted to know what was affordable!) oh and the kickers - my email AND phone no to get the I formation. When I did all that AND ticked the consent box to say email only, there was NO QUOTE…just a list of times to pick for someone to call me to discuss the quotes!!!!!! Ie all that to hook you into a pressured sales call. One is specifically not consented to. It’s utterly unethical, manipulative AND to “opt out” you have to complete their customer service form and tick one option of what you want to do (or opt out of marketing only, opt out of data - but no explanation what that means) or complete free text explaining excacrly what you want - and send it into the void (there’s not even an acknowledgment). I LOATHE being manipulated by companies that have to use opaque and deliberately misleading and manipulative tactics to sell you a service instead of just being transparent and offering you the quote ON SCREEN with an option to contact THEM if you want to discuss or take it up!!! Good service and transparency serves you better than shitty underhand tactics to get customers into your telesales scripted pipelines and manipulate them. Disgusting.

Really positive experience with this company, especially Arun Maan, who was patient, enthusiastic and very competent to deal with. Arun made me feel at ease from the beginning, and kept me up to date with all communication. He is genuine and went that second step to help me. I decided not to change my car after much deliberation but Arun stayed with me every step of the way. I would contact this company again purely on the basis of my experience with Arun. A fabulous asset. Thank Arun.
