Too short for the money I paid!
Was not happy with a thirty minute inspection when your advertised time was two to two and one half hours! I will NOT be recommending your inspection service to any of my peers! I tried Carexamer as opposed to the AA - big mistake - they are more thorough and better value for money. I will never use your company again and advise anyone contemplating your service to use the AA instead.

We had a Premium inspection, by Klavis. Very happy, he did a very detailed report for us and had a great and informative talk with him afterward. Very professional, and we now feel confident we are buying a great vehicle. Klavis is awesome, would 100% recommend his services to anyone, he really knows what he is talking about. As a side note, even the dealership we sent him to, said they were impressed by what he did and how detailed he was, compared to other services they have seen in action.

A genuinely great service. Quick, kept to the times stated and did a 3 hour inspection. The report seems thorough and detailed - I am not a mechanic (isn't that the point?) so my opinion here is amateur. Hassan was really helpful, phoned me after the inspection and, over the next couple of days, answered a few questions that we had. We bought the car.

Inspection took place as planned and very quick as only booked the day before. Thorough report and a very knowledgeable engineer. Was very open and honest during our chat afterwards. Couldn't have asked for more, well apart from the car being as we had hoped LOL as decided not to purchase the car following the report, but saying that money saved in long run!

The car being inspected was 26 years old, which the big inspection companies won't take on.
The inspection was good value, and there were several inspection level options.
Was quite easy organise the inspection and access the report, which was useful in negotiating with the seller.

Impressive and professional assessment on my car
I was impressed by the Carexamer website, when i was looking for independent assessor for second opinion on my car examination when the Warranty people refused to pay.
The efficiency of the assessor was impressive, he communicated with me as soon as he was assigned the work and updated me on every step. I am not much familiar with parts of the car but the assessor was able to explain to me in a professional way while educating me on those technical terms, he asked me the history of the vehicle till the day it went to the garage. The report he gave shows that he assessed the vehicle thoroughly before reaching conclusion of the assessment.
I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and good communication skills that was provided by the member of staff.
Regardless of what the warranty office will decide, I am satisfied with the service i was given by the Carexamer staff and I will keep on using the company when i need to buy a vehicle for assessment as well i will inform my friend about this company.
