Meniscus area is weak and I’m noticing increased support ever since wearing the Circa sleeves.

Promised a full refund if returned in 90 days??? I have not been able to reach the company to receive instruction for a refund. I was skeptical about the product however bought it as it had a money back guarantee. Buyer beware.

I bought the Luma 1 red light mask. It smells so bad of chemicals. Called Caresole and they said I could return to CHINA! The address of the company is in NYC. The product is junk! I’m not spending 60 to send to china and will send it to the NYC address - this company is a joke and a scam. Do not purchase anything from here!!

I am happy so far with less swelling and grinding in my injured left knee. Was a bit too tight the first time using but the stretched a bit with constant use. Rehab didn't quite do the trick yet so far in 6 weeks--hopefully this will!

On September 24, I ordered arch supports, two pair. They are worthless.
There wasn’t any information inside of the delivered package as to order number, how to do returns, nothing but the product. Called the number for customer support, I was put on hold , then disconnected. I want to return the product and receive a credit of $74.94.

I want to return the product and my payment of $74.94 returned to me.

Caresole, is a scam. I tried four times to called them to cancel my order number 07516f . they put me on hold and then hung up all four times. Their email that they state on the recording is wrong and dose not exists. I was charged more then the amount quoted.
Beware!!

Bought a “Luma1” facemask for my wife, it burned her. I thought, no problem, there is a satisfaction guarantee with money back, turns out they are in China, won’t answer emails or any correspondence. Had to get my credit card company to back me. Total scam don’t waste your $!

Total scam! My husband bought a knee sleeve and we knew within a week it wasn’t going to work so tried to return it. It cannot be returned as DHL need a phone number in China and the number on their website is American. He’s now down the cost of the knee sleeve plus the cost of postage, which wasn’t cheap. Don’t buy from them, they respond to emails until it suits them and then ghost you. Total rip off.

The product Planter X wrap does not work, if anythink It causes more damage than good. Poor quality, actually falling apart in less than a month. My order 47670 .I have requested by two email an address to return the X wraps for a refund.....no reply, no acknowledgment.

This is overpriced, rubbish. I bought a knee support expecting it to be a quality, medical product given the price and how it was described. Instead I received a generic knee sleeve with 2 pointless, elasticated velcro ties which are too short to add any meaningful value. Avoid this tut you will find better products on Amazon.

Their online order page is screwed up. I was unable to complete my order yet was billed three times. I had American Express call ME regarding their fraud. I called for a refund and was told NO.
I should have looked at their reviews first because they are nothing but thieves. Apparently, they have my phone number on block because they stopped taking my calls.

Thanks to Amex for recognizing them and allowing me to dispute the charge.

I wish there was a way to give thumbs up to all the people cheated out of their money and goods from this company.

I ordered the Luma One Mask and it burned my face instead of eliminating fine wrinkles. Then I wasn't able to get in touch with Caresole customer service to return it. Their warehouse is in CHINA not North America! The product is garbage and they say they have a money back guarantee but you can't get in touch with anyone to return it. It was a very expensive $225 lesson. I am never again ordering from them. Don't order from them, it's a scam!!
I tried to send the item back for a refund but Caresole asked me to send it back to CHINA not Mississauga where it was sent to me from. I spent almost $100 trying to send it back to China but the airline refused to ship it because they said the package contained dangerous goods. If you are serious about making things right, then I would like to return the item to your Mississauga location and get a full refund. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Customer Service and got no response. Are you going to make things right for me? Please advise. I am waiting for your response.

I purchased an item recently and requested to return it. Their response was to send it back to China and that I would have to pay. The costs for this is over $100. They are not responding to my request. I will be reporting them BBB and fraud. Please do not order from this company!

I placed an order (9912277907) for 57.90, but was charged an additional 170.75 (9912275918) for a transaction I don’t even know what it’s for. After reading the reviews, I am beginning to agree with most of the people, this company is a SCAM

UPDATE:
Did receive an email response. Caresole offered two return options. One is to ship items to China and the other is to receive a 30% refund of charges and keep the items. We opted to pay over $47 to return a few small items to China. Warning others that shipping is very expensive and not covered. Still waiting on a refund of the purchase.

Another Update! After sending items back we NEVER received the promised refund and are out approximately $340 after cost of goods plus return shipping. IF WE COULD GIVE 0 STARS WE WOULD. Looks like unfortunately we'll have to get the fraud department at bank involved to get our money back as promised.

Customer service hangs up on you and no response to emails. A scam!!! Charged $300 for items we didn't want and that you could buy elsewhere very cheap.

which showed item had arrived in my country Sri Lanka but no attempt was made to deliver it and the tracking details were not updated until it was supposedly returned to sender undelivered. The 24 hour customer support telephone number doesn’t answer and despite many emails being sent no response received from company. BEWARE. I intend to report them for fraudulent activity if a refund is not given immediately

Order i received was wrong inserts for my shoes. Supposed to help with plantar faciatis. They are cheaply made for $40 and they sent mens size. I have reached out on where to return for a refund. No one has gotten back to me so I returned to the original sender for a refund. Have not heard anything from anyone.

On July 28th I purchased a Plantar X Wrap for the knee and payed for it- order 50994. On August 2nd I received confirmation for the payment and was told that it was shipped to me- tracking number LZ041736832CN. While trying to track it I received massages in Japanese which I didn't understand, I emailed the support team and wasn't answered. Until today I didn't receive the purchase.
What shall I do now?
Please refund me or send to me my order!!!!
