Received a letter on Feb 14th from my medicare gap provider that said they are reviewing a claim from this place. This outfit also Submitted fraudulent claims for catheters to Medicare. Never in my life have had a catheter. Reported to both FRAUD
Apparently the fraudulent claims for catheters are being ordered by a Dr. Vartika Atrey located in Denton Texas. I have never been to that doctor, do not use catheters, did not receive catheters. These are blatant cases of fraud. I just don't know what to do if they bill me for the balance Medicare didn't pay. My Medigap refused the claim after I told them it is fraud.
