Actually, a one is too high a rating for this product and customer service. I broke out on my stomach and reached out to request an RMA for a refund on June 3rd. I never received a reply until I opened a dispute with PayPal on June 18th. They contacted me within 24 hours, requesting a photo of the product, original packaging, and the date of receipt. I provided them with everything they requested, and they replied, stating that their company policy prohibits refunds for this type of product. However, it's a 180-day refund guarantee on the product box, with no mention of such a company policy. In conclusion, "BEWARE", it's a SCAM. The only guarantee is a skin irritation or rash.

A month after I ordered it, they informed me the package was "on the way". I waited a week and then contacted the company and they said it was still "on the way". 2 weeks later they said it was delivered. I contacted them and said I never received the package and wanted a refund. They have asked for more information, I responded but it's now been another 2 weeks, no refund or either a commitment to give me a refund.

I ordered the microneedle patches but I can’t tell you what was sent to me. Certainly not the patches ordered. I am unable to contact careuplift so I guess they are getting a kick of ripping someone else off. I want my money back or the microneedle patches that was advertised.

First of all it took almost a month to receive my order I started using them the next day. As I am recovering from spinal fusion surgery I can't walk very far but I'm walking following the surgeons diet plan used the patches for one month and gained 15 pounds and the patches looked nothing like the add

I think it is definitely a scam I would never order anything from this company again rip off people. It was 40 dollars American and I got charged 69 dollars Canadian absolutely a rip off should not be allowed to advertise

I never received my 75.00 order of patches and there's no way to contact your company. When trying to track package it blocked you and so you lose your order, your money, too.

This is my third time ordering from you!
And this is the third time you have scammed me. So sick and tired of the bullshit.. I want the larger patches and again for the third time i get quarter size patches. I am so angry. Do you people get a kick out of playing on peoples emotions and taking their money and sending garbage too them? I sure seems like it. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. I would like all my money back ASAP!
