Quick and easy to order. Arrived next day but was damaged in transit. Contacted customer service and they immediately dispatched a replacement that arrived intact the next day. Fitting took about 1 minute.

Bought mirror and cover which was correct for my car. The cover was a slightly different shape and wouldn't fit. The mirror came with metal clips which I had to fit myself, but couldn't because the backing wasn't molded correctly. Notified cardoormirrors and authorised return of the parts for a full refund. Sent parts tracked so I had proof of delivery. After 3 emails and 2 weeks, they finally replied that my refund would be in my bank within a couple of days. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Paid by Paypal so managed to get a full refund from them. I definately would not recommend these bunch of robbers unless you are 100% sure your bits are going to fit because you won't get a refund from them. Make sure your purchase is guaranteed elsewhere, like Paypal or a credit card that protects you.

My order was placed about 5pm and paid for next day delivery,
Which i assumed would take another day because of ordering so late , to my surprise just after midday less than 24 hours later it had arrived , fantastic service , good prices and excellent delivery service ,

I ordered a car mirror and was sent just a piece of glass, without the necessary plastic backing/holder, despite being asked for my registration number. The glass does not fit properly, and they expected me to simply glue it onto the passenger side, which is completely unsafe and unprofessional.

I paid £11 for something I could easily find elsewhere for £1. On top of that, their customer service is terrible the phone line is always busy or unavailable, and there's no clear return policy provided on their website. I've had no help resolving the issue.

Very disappointed with the experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller unless you're happy to risk losing your money.

Dealing with this company, specifically Jack was one of the worst experiences in my life.
Their web site clearly indicate they would do I repair at home.
I received a quote of $460 that I felt that was quite overpriced. I looked at other options.
Due to various issue I decided to accept the quote and I contacted Jack.
He then said the quote was base on me bringing in my car otherwise it would be another $70.

If this is the ethics on how this company or their employers operate, then STAY AWAY

My wife had an altercation with another car breaking the mirror on a BMW 8 Series cabriolet. BMW wanted £300 for the glass and CARDOORMIRRORS did it for less than 20% and with a speedy turnaround service of 48 hours! Quicker than BMW direct. Customer service is spot on. I broke the mirror glass they sent me and without any questions asked they sent a replacement the next day. Top company, I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely be using again 💯 👍

Superb quality glass with a super strong large adhesive pad. A perfect fits for our Micra and fitted in a nano second. I made an error on my order and they went to the trouble of contacting me and helping correct my order before dispatch. I was very very impressed with the care and attention that they went to too ensure I got what I needed. Very trustworthy and reliable...super fast delivery too.

I was unable to order on line so telephoned. Very nice chap took my order. Was despatched the same day. Item was a perfect fit with adhesive backing, for a 2009 Ford Ka.

Clipped my wingmirror and the glass popped up and smashed. Checked a Renault and passenger side and ordered on a Sun morning. Mirror arrived by RM Tracked parcel on Wed. Connected the heated mirror wire and clicked into place. No hassle at all.

Excellent customer service. Ordered the wrong items twice but they took them back with no issues. Jay was very helpful over the phone and also helped us to pick the right item.

Mirror for kia picanto wouldn't fit. Tried and tried looks similar to OEM one but won't click into place ended up breaking it after trying to force it on as I couldn't contact customer services

I was slightly nervous ordering a replacement mirror glass and backing plate for my Skoda Scala, but having been quoted a skyhigh price from Skoda I decided to go ahead and purchase.
The glass arrived in 2 days fitted and worked perfectly!!
Very pleased and saved myself a lot of money!

Needed replacement wing mirror for Volvo V50 - arrived within 2 working days tracked by Royal Mail - Match was perfect and easy 1 minute fix. Great website and liked the fact they had taken the trouble to include a photograph of the wing mirror. 100% recommended.

I sent images of the old mirror to ensure the connection was correct for BSM. They confirmed it was. When it arrived it wasn't the correct connection. I have attempted to ring them mutilple times, sent 2 e-mails and also filled in their online form. Had zero response. All I wanted was to send it back for a refund!

Mirror and base for Nissan Leaf ( original had been stolen) arrived next day great price and I clipped it in easily but the demisting wiring connectors are slightly out of place so couldn’t be attached.

-Bad customer service.
-Faulty product, sent proof of defects.
- Now the company won’t respond
Avoid this company unless you like wasting money.
