I was sure I had been scammed after reading the reviews but it came really quickly.
The confirmation text looked a bit dodgy & the Hermes tracking number didn’t work but the diffuser is cute and works perfectly.

Terrible communication and very slow delivery, eventually when the stuff arrived it was of very poor condition, we have had nothing but nightmares trying to contact you and get a refund. The items fell apart and was not fit for purpose. We are still waiting for a refund.

Scam of a company, should be shut down!!
Shame there are no star reviews that can be put up. I placed an order with them on the 15th of August, emailed regarding my order after 2 weeks. Managed to get a response that one time but since then I have not received anything. I was really looking forward to getting this for my car as I have been looking for a while. No responses on email, on their instagram. Surprisingly no contact number either, I wonder why?! Probably because of the poor customer service and the scam of a company that they are. Absolutely terrible experience, I thought I was the only one but seems they have done this to many people. Pushing for that refund and I’m sure there must be a way to get our money back!!!

COMPLETE SCAM
COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
They send a tracking number that seems legit but the courier never receives the items from them and so it can never get delivered. No communication at all from them when you try to get in touch. Just took my money and now radio silence from them. And it really gets under my skin when I keep receiving more of their marketing emails about products and see their Instagram and Facebook posts. They are SCAMMERS!!!

SCAM! Don't buy from here
I bought a car diffuser with the oils for it from here and received only the diffuser. I was told I'd receive it as two separate deliveries but was only given one of the tracking details. I'd waited two weeks after the diffuser arrived and hadn't got the oil. So, I sent an email and after almost more than 5 days I've not got a reply nor the remaining product.

I ordered one product from them, nearly £20, on the 29th of October, got told it was out for shipping the same day, and have received nothing. And when I try to track the order it looks awfully sus. I have emailed the company well over a week ago and heard no response. As a student, where money isn’t flowing, I am absolutely fuming. Do not trust this site. I luckily put mine on my Klarna and will be refusing to pay anything until the issue is resolved. Absolute SCAM.

So hear me out, I ordered OCT 29th and after a week I still haven't had any updates. No rsponse on my emails although sent at least 3 emails and no response. You cannot comment on their FB page as comment is not available just shareable. This is a massive SCAM and why did INSTAGRAM promoting this as I saw this Pop-up on my IG page. Poor Service, Thieves
Poor customer service, I pre ordered the new Car Diffuser Pro and still haven’t received my item, I paid the full amount of £49.99 on August 27th 2021 which now is a joke as they are selling it online now for £29.99. I have emailed them countless times and even emailed through the shop app which tracks my order, they don’t even have the decency to email back or respond to me and now I have to result in a bad review in hope to get their attention, defo not gonna order again. If they respond with me to email info@cardiffusers I’ll go f*^+ing mad. They know my problem and my order they can look it up and fulfil my order.
