I have bought skate parts and a deck from CSC and I will definitely be coming back, very fast shipping and high quality equipment. They even give out free magazines with orders.

CSC were rapid in dispatching my trucks and the shipping note had a nice personal note and drawing. Awesome stuff. First time ordering from these guys, would do again!

Unadulterated Legends!

Absolutely amazing service. So quick and amazingly helpful. Had a mild issue with a product being out of stock and Mike sorted an alternative straight away which was superior to what I had ordered initially. Then I did have an issue with a busted bearing (manufacturing error) and Guto hooked me up with a new pack and helped advise on how to get my set up sorted for my dimensions. Everything was so nice and made such a change from the usual corporate careless customer service most other businesses seem to offer these days. Legends! I will recommend to anyone and will definitely be ordering again! Really made me glad to have started skating again! Thanks guys!

Still hasn’t been delivered!!!!

Still hasn’t been delivered!!!!
However, there’s no faulting CSC who got the parcel out of the door straight away, but my issue is with DHL who lulled me into a false sense of shoe heaven by stating it would be delivered yesterday - now there’s a technical issue so it might not even come today.
CSC get 5 stars for doing their bit, the 1 star up there is for DHL.

Hi Michael, we're really sorry to hear that your order has yet to be delivered. However, due to you ordering on Good Friday the earliest date your parcel could be collected by DHL was the following Tuesday as they don't operate on bank holidays or weekends.

Unfortunately, looking at your tracking it appears that DHL has encountered a technical issue with your package. However it's still saying that your order is due to be delivered today. You should also be receiving email and text updates from DHL.

While again, we are sorry to hear your disappointment, but we are not an Amazon big box style company. We're a tiny shop, operating with minimal staff, who try to get all our online orders out the door as soon as possible.

Great friendly service

Great friendly service. The skate shoes I ordered arrived in perfect condition and the guys at CSC also chucked in a copy of the skateboard companion mag (nice touch) especially when you live in a remote place. I’ll definitely be purchasing more stuff from their site.
