I have just started using the app. So far I love the way it is set up and how it helps me keep track of my blood pressure, heart rate, weight, steps, medication, etc. The ability to print out report... See more

I too subscribed to Cardi health for a trial period, didn’t see a auto renewal clause and when I received a charge on my CC I tried to stop subscription but I also got an error message and they didn’t have a phone number to call. I find this company very difficult and leaning on fraud. I still can’t stop subscription.

I signed up for a small sum not realising that the subscription would cost such a lot of money. I never understood the app and was shocked when a large amount of money was taken from my account. I did get a full refund and am relieved that I did. The suprise amount made my bank account go into overdraft. I think they should state up front the actual amount of the subscription

I only wanted a trial and took a deal on a two month subscription on 31/10/25 to expire on 31/12/25. When I tried to manage my subscription to close the account on 30/12/25 the app returned an error message. On the same date, Cardi Health processed an automatic recurring charge of £45.86 to my bank. The initial two month deal was £13.89 On emailing them, they cancelled the account on 30/12/25 but still took the £45.86 They say they tell you in T&C you will have a recurring charge. I will be disputing this. The account was closed within the initial period so for Cardi Health to apply automatic renewal knowing I did not want it seems to me to be unlawful.

The majority of the food on offer in this app is not something I would eat day to day or have in my store cupboard. Altho I do eat healthy (with extra treats) it is helping me to focus on healthier eating.

Only my 1st day, but I like the meal ideas & the alternate choices. I do think there should be a spot to add something that is not included, as that may happen, especially if you are attending a dinner out of your house.

They will steal your money. They charged my card without authorization for renewal. I just agreed on few weeks and they don’t even tell you when it is renewal time. And even after cancellation they don’t refund the money. They deceive people. It is bad app.

Wish I had read these negative reviews earlier. The company does charge you for things you haven’t signed up for and go radio silent when you begin to ask questions. It’s very bad business. And as such, they aren’t going to be successful for very long.

I visited cardi.health after a Google search for the Portfolio Diet. It looked like a legit public service site. But it’s an enticement to get you invested in the site before hitting you with the rates for their health plans. Caviat emptor.
I sent them several recommendations including clearly stating on the home page that it’s not free and to give clear information the subscription plans costs as well as who are the health professionals behind the recommendations.
They replied that they would forward my reply to the appropriate department.

I don’t like that you can't record the foods you eat and calories. I was holy you would have given a long list of the foods you should eat.

Really easy to navigate. Questions are all answered on chat. I’m well pleased and the meals are yummy!♥️

I like the app let's you input measurements and it automatically adjusts time to when it actually happens. It gives insights when needed. It's like having a notebook to track everything that also answers back. The Meal plan looks good, but I wish there was the ability to enter my own food.

I enjoy your recipes and nutrition information.
An improvement that I would like to see is the ability to print recipes.

I have completed 72 sessions with Shannon Hinson. I feel better than when I started, my muscles have come back so I am able to breathe better as well as move around without so much struggling to breathe. I highly recommend this program to anyone devoted to a better quality of life. I am grateful to have worked with my amazing coach Shannon, he gave me confidence in my ability to do this. I worked out with Carda Health three times a week.

It is easy to get into and use. I like the workouts very much... and I am not very athletic or into working out.

After talking to my cardiologist, I decided to eat a more heart healthy menu. I was on the Internet trying to find what's good or bad for my heart and ran across Cardi. Two of the data points I had to fill in were weight and goal weight. I thought about it and decided I'd like to weigh what I did 30 years ago again. I signed up, Cardi generated a plan and, long story short, I lost 45 pounds and got to my goal in five months, while learning how to eat healthier.

This may be the dumbest purchase of an app I’ve ever made. The meals are not flexible. If you make a mistake on anything it is near impossible to correct. You could literally make the same thing in notes on your phone. Waste of money and time is unfortunately not a strong enough indicator of how bad this is. No feedback. Only time it is remotely useful is when it gives reminders of medication time.

Easy to navigate the app. Recipes are good but I wish there was more variety and that I had the ability to access all recipes at each lunch/dinner rather than a limited selection.
