Purchased from this company twice for restaurants. Received our gift card within minutes and used them right away with no problems. Eating at restaurants can be pricey so saving a few bucks is nice!

Absoulute HORRIBLE experience

Absoulute HORRIBLE experience! Do not buy gift cards here, they are all fake and you cannot get your money back. I bought a $100. Gift card to Top Golf and it failed …. They would not return my money.
Horrible customer service. Buyer beware!

Great place to get discounts of gift cards.

I was looking for a coupon for Chuck E. Cheese and happened to find Cash Card through Rakuten. I was able to get 20% off and I received a bonus from Cash Card for being a first time user. Great find. Will use them again.

LOSS PREVENTION HARASSMENT !!!

I have been receiving threating emails from a J. Arimis in their loss prevention department from a transaction that was completed in mid-January. I fear this maybe a potential hack or a way to solicit money from me. I’ve sold a few gift cards to card cash and never had a problem until now. Being put in this situation has taken a toll on my mental health. I don’t recommend selling or buying from cardcash.com as the payouts are not great. READ THESE REVIEWS!!! I can see why their rating is so low.

Carnival Gift Card Scammers

Carnival Gift Card Scammers. 5511521 and 5511573, those are the reference numbers and on March 11,2025

Purchase was unsuccessful, when I contact their live chat; they requested me for an alternative email address which is strange and bogus. I've been using my email and payment system for more than 20 years. I never use my emails or number linked to my financial information. They were trying to retrieve this being clever. Failed and did not work with me.

Customer service is great!

After purchasing cards and having an issue, I spoke with customer service and I must say they took care of the problem quickly!

Molly is top notch with her customer service! Problem was fixed fast and refund was issued! I turned around and purchased more and transaction went perfect!

I am a new customer and made 2 large…

I am a new customer and made 2 large purchases. On the second purchase, i realized not all of my gift cards were in the email pdf file and saw that some of them were shipping instead. Shipping to an old address that is still my billing address, but not my home anymore. I used their Contact feature on the website to let them know, but instead of helping me correct the issue I was ignored and a day later they proceeded to ship it to my old house 2 hours away from where I live now. I called in when I saw a shipping label had been created. Support was useless. Either didn't know how to help, or didn't care to.

Update: in response to their reply, I messaged them within 10 minutes of placing the order. I created a ticket on the order saying there was something wrong with it. I would think that should have triggered some kind of response. All that aside, the order did not have a shipping label created for it until the next day. And I had already spoken to customer support on the phone before it was passed off to USPS. They just refused to do anything to help. It's money lost, just be very careful when placing orders because if an accident happens and you catch it right away they will not help you.

We tried you by phone today yet got your voicemail. I looked into your order, which was placed on March 5th and shipped out the same day. I see you emailed us that same day, but unfortunately, due to the high volume of emails, we were unable to respond until the following day, by which time your order had already been shipped.

When you purchase a gift card, the system indicates whether it’s a physical or digital card. We shipped the cards out to the address you have on file. You can have the current owner of that address return it to us, and we can resend it to you, or they can forward it directly to you.

I’ve checked with our team, and we can only convert one of the three merchants into e-codes to email to you. Unfortunately, we cannot do the same with other two physical cards at this time.

We’re happy to help in any way we can and are here to assist you. A representative has already emailed you and is waiting to hear how you would like to proceed.

A great website that I recommend

A friend shared with me this site where you can purchase gift cards at a discount. I was a little wary at first for as they say “if it’s too good to be true, it isn’t“. But it is true. I got a great deal on my first gift card and with the promo code it was an awesome value. It was very easy to do all of this online, even for a senior like me who is not tech savvy. I highly recommend this site and I’ll be using it more in the future.

Beware Completely Fraudulent

I sold a gift card, proceeds to be direct deposit. After 5 days the emails started, saying my account or routing info was incorrect so they could not process payment. I have made several attempts to contact them both by phone and email with no response. I believe I was cheated and taken advantage of.
I am contacting the BBB to report their felonious activity.

BEWARE

I sold two gift cards to them for my mother. We checked balances before mailing the cards in. Both cards had $100 balance. They claimed that one of the cards had a zero balance and only gave us half of the funds owed. Beware and only send them your gift cards if you're ok with not being compensated.
Edited to add: This situation was rectified six days after my review. I still probably won't utilize this service in the future because it's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Don’t do it!!

Don’t do it! There is nothing stopping the previous owner of these cards from using it after they’ve sold it to CardCash.

I thought CardCash would have issued a secure pin to protect the purchaser from fraud but instead I got a 10% discount on something valued at $0. If you do buy from this app, use the card before the guarantee is up because they literally just provide you with the same pin and number the previous owner of the gift card had. So, when the crook who sold it to them turns around and uses it, CardCash washes their hands of you completely. Not their problem they say. I went to use a $50 gift card I had bought less than two months ago and it was already used. No recourse. Instead of investigating the matter, customer service starts telling you right off how you have no rights after the guarantee period. Sketchy business model to say the least.
