People shouldn't have to pay $89 for a car cover that has a lifetime warranty. After 2 have failed for me, you should have just replaced it with the upgraded cover.....
We'll see how this one holds up? It also has a Lifetime Warranty.
I've been thinking of a cover for my car when I park it outside overnight during the summer months here in Michigan and decided to scan the internet for a cover and your company was the choice I made.

Truck Cover does not proper fitted Capstone Toyota Tundra Crewmax. A little short @ the front and long @ the back. (YES Sir_ According to the tag it's install correctly)
I also have a Diamond Back HD Bed Cover that made it very difficult to install. (def. a two person install)

Very Disappointed with treatment or rather NON-treatment received by both CS and Warranty departments. I bought their Supreme (their top of the line cover) May 24, 2025. Less than a year later (a few weeks ago noticed a tear at top of cover and moisture continually gathering on top). I live 20 mins from the Ocean so morning moisture is pretty much a daily morning occurrence but it was down seeping through and car had visible signs of moisture.
I sent photos of moisture (still not dry at 3:00 pm PST and tear. Warranty contacted me and told me I qualified for a replacement at their $39.99 fee.
Since purchasing the Supreme cover I replaced the car, a 2019 Honda CR-V with a 2026 in mid September of 2025.
I asked if they would consider sending the replacement in a 2026 after all “Fit” is their biggest marketing advertisement. I was given a hard-nosed No from David in CS. I was never told they would be happy to replace with current year of my car at a “discounted price” or a “reduced price.” Nothing of the sort. I tried to reach a Manager, had to leave a message with a Chester who told me it would probably be Monday before i would hear from Patrick. Monday this week came around and went - No communication from Patrick or anyone else in Warranty dept again. In fact, they All went silent!
As I explained and asked Chester to convey that I was Not looking for a handout, I was simply trying to work something out to where what was sent as a replacement would be for my current year. Why is or was that so difficult to understand?
Their product is good, doesn’t stand the test of time, but it is good. The issue is their Customer Service and How they Handle their Warranty. Be warned - do Not replace the car you originally bought cover for, for a newer year vehicle. They will not work anything out with you!!
That is a Huge Disadvantage, Disappointment and Extremely Frustrating to say the very least.
I didn’t even want to give them one (1) star but I had to in order to give review.
Call customer service and asked a question and got my answer immediately and bought my fourth car cover from car cover.com
