Impressed with this company's service

Impressed with this company's service. I am a returning customer as I had bought a carpet and underlay from them a while ago. Ordered a Claret coloured car carpet in the Blenheim range on Tuesday 26th September at about 10.40am. Got an instant reply to confirm my order. On the same day by 13.30pm my order had been despatched and I was informed via email. Great communication throughout. Yesterday got a text from Parcelforce informing me of my estimated delivery. This morning got an email from Parcelforce informing me that my delivery will be today between 1-2pm. That is pretty fast service.
Their website was intuitive and straight forward to navigate through.
The carpet itself is better than the images on their website. Red is a strange colour and until you see it live I wasn't sure it was going to go well in my car.
Excellent quality carpet priced competitively.
In my opinion a company you can trust.
