Well, you live and learn.
Small item ordered; inertia switch and connector. Connectors damaged and no silicone seals. So, asked if they would send some. Probably a few quid to them.
Response was a rather grainy photo showing a package (mine?)and a very abrupt response.
Well, so much for supporting UK business. Could have got same items via Amazon cheaper and receive better customer service.
What an arrogant and rude attitude with a veiled accusation of my dishonesty.
