Beware of Incomplete Paperwork and Unfulfilled Promises

I had a very unfortunate experience with this company. After trading in my vehicle, they took $33,000 from my new loan but failed to pay off my old loan as promised. Additionally, I did not receive the proper paperwork, including the safety inspection, the LE-20 form required in Quebec, or proof of delivery on a reserve. I've also become aware of multiple lawsuits against them. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and thoroughly verify all documentation before proceeding with any transactions.
