The website was easy to navigate and I found the item I was looking for quickly.
The check out and payment process was standard and the follow up email from Caravans Plus assured me all was in order.
The item arrived within a few days and it was correct and I was happy.

Replacing a Water Pump via an online order

While travelling we suffered a broken water pump. On investigating on line, were able to obtain the exact pump required, so completed the order on line.
The price was more than competitive, and the pump was delivered within a week. It is now installed and working well. Thank you CaravansPlus for turning a disaster into a well timed and positive experience.

Great Service and Delivery

I ordered the parts I needed to service my caravan HWS. They were delivered promptly and quickly. No problems at all. It's not the first time Ive ordered from Caravan Plus and I always receive good service. Thanks.

Great customer service

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the service received. I purchased a thetford fridge replacement door lock, which turned out to be the wrong side. Laura at Caravans Plus was very helpful investigating the issue and supplying the correct part. I would strongly recommend Caravans Plus based on Laura’s response.
