The price is good but the service was poor. 5 weeks and two wrong orders before I received everything on the third delivery. No apology for all the mistakes. Customer service was very slow with online forms to fill in and send photo's even though I had sent them before. I will not be using them again.

I can only say good things about Univers Camping Car in Avranches. Our camping car engine was wrecked and we were taken there by the breakdown guy as they specialise in all things camping cars. They were extremely busy, but our problem was looked at that afternoon. We then had a choice of having a new engine, or they would try and find a low mileage used one. We decided to opt for the latter and we were kindly allowed to stay in our camping car on their car park. Provided with power, water and anything else we needed. There is a really well stocked accessory shop and they will order anything they don't stock. We were kept informed of the progress of everything and they went way beyond what most people would do to help us. The engine arrived and we went to a hotel during it's time in the workshop. Everything was checked and double checked and the slightest concern was remedied. We left there with no concerns about anything that was done, and would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely team to anyone needing work on a camping car. They do carrosserie work, sort out damp problems and if anything needs fixing or replacing, they can do it. We can't thank them enough for their high standard of expertise and helping us through what was a stressful time.

My pump arrived within 1 week of placing order. It worked perfectly when installed. It was about €50 cheaper than at CC store. Bravo Caravaning Univers.

I had a serious problem with a broken water pump and you promised me a delivery of the spare pumpe within 2 days ( to Corsica). I received the pump after 7 days on the last day of our vacation, thanks for 5 days without water in the caravan!!!

Be careful, daylight robbery!!! This site kept my money, they are liars and thiefs!! DO NOT buy from this pathetic company YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!!! They kept our money for 5 weeks same story as on this forum: product not in stock, delivery date not respected and VERY late responses from their part, 2 weeks to get money back!! They are big ripoffs!!!
