I purchased RARE PRINCE by CARAT SUTRA Turkish Style Ring with Natural Black Onyx from Carat Sutra for myself. The ring I received was good, as shown on the web and elegant to wear.
Unfortunately, the size turned to be small for my finger, so I requested a replacement with bigger size and very promptly the needful was done by Carat Sutra.

I got a ruby ring, it was great in finishing as well silver weight is great. I thought it was light but the weight was adequately filled. The owner is great person. He offered a free pendant with the ring. Thanks for the wonderful gesture. My uncle also ordered a emerald ring he also loved it.

May be delivery is delayed because of long distance from Gujarat to hyderabad, but piece of the ring is excellent I took elephant silver ring, the personal service of KAMAL ji was excellent 😀 loved the design, i took for astrology purpose and i love the results too.

My initial experience with this order was bad but they made things right later.

I contacted Caratsutra on November 3 to ask if they could urgently ship a silver chain and deliver it by November 6. I was assured by their support representative, Rohan, that if I placed the order immediately, it would be dispatched the next morning, November 4, via express shipping, with tracking shared right away. That did not happen.
After payment, responses became inconsistent and then stopped altogether. Despite multiple follow-ups and phone calls, I received no clear updates. I was later told I would receive the order by the afternoon of November 6, but tracking details were only sent late at night on November 5. The tracking showed the item was dispatched on the 5th, not the 4th as promised, and it was sent by road, not express air. The delivery date showed November 8, two days late.

When the chain arrived, it was also incorrect. I had ordered a 4 mm chain but received a 3 mm one.

A month later, Kamal Soni from Caratsutra reached out to me to resolve the issue. He sent a replacement the same day after our conversation. I received it within a few days, and it matched what I had originally wanted.

While it took them a while to respond and take responsibility, I do appreciate that they made things right in the end.

Very bad customer service and after order they did not even care to reply, and my order was not as per requirement.
