I just wanted to say a huge 'thank you', to Nick and his team for getting me back on the road, within 4 days.
I was hit in the side and needed a new door, wing, wheel and re-spray.
They sorted everything.. the repair, replacement car, a solicitor to deal with the claim and all with no fuss. Giving me complete peace of mind and confidence.

The end result was amazing.

Couldn't recommend them enough.

Awful service, underground parking doesn't work, because no connection.
But in some places, you can park in the underground parking lot, and it works.
But somehow the user must know where the signal goes through.

Then they send you someone to "help" ,means to open the car and charge you 120 shekel.

They charged me $1200 USD for two trips. It was advertised for ₪150 per trip. This is criminal. These are criminally misleading business practices. I cannot stress how terrible of a situation two rental trips have put me in. This is not okay in any business practice. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

Gave me a quote by email and a reference number, but when I phoned their number a foreign sounding man did not want the reference number and when I told him what the car was, after he asked, he said nice car but he did not want it !! Waste of my time.

Recently sold a mini to this company. Fair price, professional service and prompt payment. I could not have had a better experience

I cannot praise car2go enough, their service was excellent from start to finish and they sorted me out with my car so quickly and efficiently. Ross and Joe were so helpful and friendly with an excellent knowledge. I will certainly be back to buy my next car. I would highly recommend car2go

Cars 2 go Promised me a new car by a date Jan2023 this kept being put back, last told 6 months hence !
Value of my car dropped because of mileage and age to the point that I couldn’t afford to carry on with the deal.
Cars to go kept my £1000 deposit causing me financial hardship.
In my opinion they are crooks, stay well away and deal with more reputable companies.

I used the service in Netanya (Israel).
1) The car is hidden in parking lots inside the house. Finding him is an adventure. Each one spent about 20 minutes on this.
2) The app is terrible.
The route to the car that is laid by the application or in the google map is completely wrong.
In the last use (03/15/2023), after unlocking the car, it automatically canceled my reservation and charged the money. I was already late and therefore tried to book again immediately. The car wouldn't even start, the pedals were locked. Once again the money was debited. As a result, I had to take a taxi and was still late for an important meeting, although initially the reserve was 40 minutes!!!
I wrote to them in support of a claim demanding a refund. No answer, no money.

Car2Go is the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with. Recently, I rented a car from them, and unfortunately, the car's battery died during my trip. When I contacted their customer service for assistance, they were unable to provide an effective solution and even had the audacity to suggest that I stop someone on the street to jumpstart the car!
I find this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism to be absolutely unacceptable. Car2Go couldn't provide a reliable and quality service, and their response to my problem was simply ridiculous. Their lack of professionalism is nothing short of scandalous.
Furthermore, the customer service representatives I spoke with were unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. I would never recommend Car2Go to anyone Avoid Car2Go at all costs!"

Car2GO is fraud - never use them. In my situation they charged a fee while never opening the service. The invoices were password protected so that i could not open them. I this Car2go started out as a reel service but today it is just fraud

I just bought a car from there. It was an amazing and comfortable experience. Trish was so helpful, polite and professional. Best car dealership I’ve ever been too. I’ll definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family. We need more people like Trish and dealerships like Cars 2 Go!!

They basically steal money from their users. I rented a car with them and I had to join a subscription of some kind, afterwards I went to cancel it and there was no way to do so in the app. I assumed I must of made a mistake about the subscription. Who would want a monthly subscription to rent cars anyways? I figured I must of misunderstood and their app works like lime or bird.

Flash forward 3 months and I realized they’ve been charging me every month even though I haven’t used their services at all. The customer support was not helpful at all and were downright rude when I tried to call to remedy the situation

Joke of a company who are incapable of even answering their phones when you have issues with reservations. Without any exaggeration the last 20+ times I have called them I am first in line yet am kept holding for anywhere from 10-40mins before someone answers their phone. Message them on WhatsApp, you see them pop online but ignore messages!! This has been the case for 2 years plus!! Time to get my own car

I rented the car from Tel aviv and drove to Jerusalem. I parked the car outside but the app is not letting me open the doors even though it is NOT in an underground parking. I am stuck for 2 hours with a newborn. This scam company is charging me a lot of money to come unlock their own car. This is a scandal. I will def sue them

I purchased a car from Cars 2 Go for my daughter, she has had the car for three weeks. She had it checked by an independent garage and all seemed well. That is until we had a cold spell of weather and the car would start. She called out a mechanic who diagnosed that a wrong new battery had been fitted. The battery fitted was a cheap alternative to the correct one. My daughters mechanic phone the Cars 2 Go garage who offered to pay £70 towards a new battery. The cost of the correct battery is £140 that’s without fitting. Now I am waiting to see if the refund is going to be payed back.
Not holding my breath.

Car2go seemed good in concept. That is where anything positive which can be stated about the service ends. Cars operate poorly within the service area. Many difficulties starting the car during a rental led to being stranded. Support and customer service were such in name only, they are incompetent to degrees which would have previously been unfathomable. I would use this only as a last resort- hitchhiking is more likely to get one to a destination.

Dirtiness and raggedness of the cars set aside, this sharing platform has the most terrible customer support ever!

You’ll have a ton of headache if you ever run into an issue with customer service department. Better use other platforms for peace of mind.

MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... STUPID CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO GO FOR 200 MILES WITHOUT CHARGING AND JUST AFTER 50 KM WAS RUNNING OUT OF BATTERY. STAYED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET FOR A NIGHT CUZ OF THIS CAR. STAY AWAY FROM IT.

My stepdad arranged to trade his manual car in at a car2go, for an automatic. Unfortunately he was admitted to ICU 3 1/2 weeks ago, whilst waiting for the appropriate car.
Joe has gone above and beyond in helping arrange the exchange and organise, what could have been an even more upsetting time, so easy.
Joe organised the removal of our stepdad's dashcam and wiring, and had it fitted into the new car.
I can't thank Joe and the team highly enough for the help and consideration they have taken when the family were already in a terrible situation.
Joe and the team are truly amazing. A service that is 2nd to none!
