Great customer service dealt with my issue efficiently

Awful still waiting on a order that was made and paid for on 30th october, absolute shocking customer service, have started legal proceedings with paypal , avoid at all costs.

Awful company, payed for next day delivery and only received the product a week later. I emailed the company about this and they never got back to me( its been 2 weeks). I would have opted for free delivery if i had knew i would be waiting anyway. Such a waste of money

VP Products, First Base, Decon and Devils blood marked my alloy wheels on a 5 week old car.

Completely lacking in any customer care. Zero response. Paid for next day delivery, still not arrived a week later, and will not reply to emails. PayPal claim gone in. I'll never use them again...

I paid extra for 48hr delivery but the product didn't arrive for a week so I complained and they agreed to refund the already extortionate postage costs. Despite me chasing on 3 ocassions and them sending me an obviously bogus refund invoice, the refund never materialised.
The product is average, the advertised price is inflated by disproportionate delivery costs and as such they are ripping people off and then stringing people along when they complain. Garbage across the board!

Ordered 2 mystery boxes so can try their products got 2 boxes the same. Company posted on Facebook stating only 30 boxes out of 5k this way, yet nearly 2 dozen complaints about it. Reckon alotore than 30. Also sent 2 dirt bike products for a mystery car biz. Sent them a DM and never responded.
Very poor show, not as advertised as said all boxes different.
Crap customer service.
In fairness tried the waterless lotus initially thought okay but after a few days think not.
Will try it again and see what rest of products are like.
Boxes are good value for money I agree with that but customer service is rubbish. Got no faith in the company.
Posted on FB following complaints to saying will not reply to individuals bit if you contact them directly they would respond.
Nothing, narda, no reply.
I'd atleast expect a reply
They should take the feedback as constructive Criticism and not hide.
The principal fore re duplicates is false advertising. Don't state all boxes different when clearly they ain't t
There were several off us who ordered 2 boxes and got the exact same products.
Had they not stated this would have only purchased one box.
Feel let down

Great products, the mystery box promotion was amazing value. Not sure why people are giving negative reviews about the delivery times, mixed up tracking numbers etc, you can clearly see from the order info that was Royal Mails issue being short staffed during a pandemic.

Great products and amazing customer service

First time I have used car chem products and just finished using them on my car. They work really well and smell amazing. I ordered two kits and unfortunately one kit had leaked in transit. Had a reply to my e mail in no time and sorted straight away. Thank you!

I am very impressed and disappointed when I see so many positive recommendations from this company. I want to tell you what I thought was really a very good company, yes, it left me disappointed because I placed an order. The first time I bought and until today I did not receive the order I ordered on 13.09 .2020. I ordered Interior Clean for the 20L car, which some friends have told me is a good company and a high quality product and it will be better to work with this product. I paid a delivery fee which I ordered within 48 hours and to no avail. It hurts me more that I have to disappoint my clients and cancel all the things and services I offer for a few days and, of course, lose a penny that these days is very hard to earn. I tried to call the company directly. I was told that it would be clarified and the order would be sent as soon as possible. After a few days, he was still in the company on Friday morning between 9 and 10 o'clock. by the number of deliveries by mail, but unfortunately I did not receive anything.
