Dishonest Thieves - DO NOT USE

This company is nothing more than a front for scamming companies - Sam’s Maintenance and Sam’s Pest Control who will steal money from you. I engaged Captain Curtain Cleaning Melbourne to clean my curtains off site as I was having renovations done. Two men came and took my curtains and demanded an immediate EFT transfer of $632 which was paid to
“Sam Maintenance”. It has taken me 2 months of almost daily phone calls which, though answered and promises made, my curtains were not returned. I contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria and sought legal advice. It wasn’t until I got my husband to call them that things started to happen. One day I opened the front door to find the curtains dumped unceremoniously on the porch. They were wrapped in the thinnest plastic, creased and most importantly, UNCLEANED. I was grateful that I got my curtains back but furious with the company’s dishonesty. Despite further phone calls and messages I never received my money back. I have resorted to writing reviews on any platform I can to alert others.
