They don't respond to emails or Instagram. I have a feeling that they are no longer operating or have never really been a real website/company.
There's no way to cancel an order without trying to contact them, and they haven't even dispatched the item.
I've not seen much mention of their products anywhere on the internet.
Edit: They have finally responded to me after I posted this review. I will amend this review after receiving a refund, the product and testing them out.
Edit 2: I have received the refund and the items. I have given 2 additional 50ml bottles with different fragrances in addition to the 3 that were part of the triple pack.
Each bottle has a standard screw cap and an additional spray cap that has its own screw cap on top.
They seem quite well made for the price and the fragrances smell nice.
I have amended my review score to reflect the product and service I received in the end.
