I have had the pleasure of watching Matteo work in person and up close with his athletes, he is an excellent example of how to blend cutting-edge knowledge and the ability to create a strong relationship with his clients.
He has been available at all times with me as he has been with all of his clients, no matter the magnitude.

Sometimes I get way too caught up in the minor details and Matteo has helped me improve my body composition while still enjoying the wonderful Italian foods that I like to enjoy. It’s very rare to find someone with knowledge and charisma that Doctor Matteo has. I worked with Dr. Capodaglio when, despite a highly demanding job as a derivatives trader, I was competing actively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so I had to conciliate 50 hrs work weeks and 10-15 hrs of training and conditioning weekly.

When it comes to performance nutrition, Dr. Capo is the best. His coaching and program helped me perform better in jiu jitsu and fitness. Cutting weight with him is easy and I do not feel out of energy when I train during camps. He also made sure some of my other health issues are accounted for when he planned my program. After some failed attempts to lose weight I became a client of Dr. Capodaglio in 2020. The results were astonishing from the beginning: not only I lost weight, but I also learned how to eat healthy and take care of my body.

His scientific approach to nutrition separtes him from the competition. In the past I followed traditional diets, where losing weight equals starving and often gaining it back.. with interests.

Instead, Dr Capodaglio designs tailored nutrition plans with plenty of food (including carbohydrates!) and specific recipes for one own's goals. Even when I was losing weight I always felt full and energized after a meal from the plan he crafted for me. He also taught me which supplements really work and which one are only expensive products with no real impact over people's nutritional needs.
