Excellent company, thoroughly recommended. Have bought 2 in ground trampolines from them - they are more fun AND safer.

Capital Play advice pre-purchase was really useful.

Amazing service and great product
Amazing from start to finish. When I visited the showroom to choose my trampoline I was offered good and helpful advise, ordering was simple and very flexible delivery options. I had a tight deadline for my daughter's birthday and the team ensured everything was ready in time. Delivery and installation stress free. I would highly recommend Capital Play for anyone looking for a trampoline.

Parts missing!
Although I haven't had the time to put the trampoline together yet it looks to be the one I ordered and looks quite easy to assemble. However I did order a weed membrane on the same order which has never turned up. Very poor considering the trampoline cost so much money!!!

Thanks for the review. My colleague Steph let me know you just flagged the weed membrane as missing this morning. We've put this on a next day service today and we're sorry this went missing in your original delivery.

Great trampoline and kids are very happy. Would have been great to be able to return the Full Safety Net worth £200 as this is not needed and will end up somewhere to be never seen again, Was advised this is not possible...

Great service
Capital Play installed a 11 x 14 ground level trampoline and it’s great. Very professional service. Polite and respectful team, who were very tidy and worked hard to get the job done in a day. It’s obviously not cheap but well worth the extra cash. It blends in to the garden and my neighbours can’t complain about seeing the kids heads bouncing over the fence :)
