Product arrived on time

Product arrived on time. Delivery arrived on time within the hour that was allocated, no waiting in all day. Would definitely buy from this company again

Goods arrived over 3 deliveries

Goods arrived over 3 deliveries, Black Friday deal !, complained that there was no outer cover on the box containing a £395 TV for a present and label stuck to the box side !! The tv looks to be intact, will check that its working on the 25th !!!

Because I bought one chair , I make my payment then I received only one email that says my order was confirmed but after that till today I don’t received any email when my product will arrive. I send an email but I can’t get any answer.

Having looked into this we can see that the courier attempted delivery earlier in the week and they have since been trying to call you to re-arrange, but your number rings out and there is no option to leave a voicemail. Couldn't have received better service

Phoned this company before ordering for some technical info, their product
knowledge and advise was spot on. Opted for standard postage and the
items turned up the following day.

I have just completed my second…

I have just completed my second purchase from Capital Outdoors and I'm pleased to say I am totally satisfied with the service I have received from them. Goods were delivered very well packaged and in really good time. The price I paid on both occations was cheaper than I could find elsewhere. All in all, I highly recommend Capital Outdoors and I definitely wouldn't hesitate buying from them again in the future.
