Got a car used for 3 months with ongoing electrical problems, they asked me to take it down to the dealer Investing my own time and money to get the car fixed! Bavik the customer agent is by far the worst customer representative at this place!
I asked them for a concessions on the last to days rent which was a very small amount of money because of the unroad worth car I was given the answer was no, they guy told me brother we are here to make money and don't care about your reviews!! Really! Gobsmacked as a business owner myself. Be hight cautious with the great reviews you see about these guys most time its just coercion with new customers or possibly even fake! When you take the car it's red carpets all the way and when you exit its the back fire escape door. Thus this whole company and its customer service is a Joke!! You'll thank me later ! Would give 0 stars if there was a option! Fix up your service mate it's not about the money it's about respect and service!
