They will consistently send auto emails for years, multiple times a month, once they somehow get your name, even when you ask them to stop multiple times and when you mark the emails as spam they send from different emails. They are terrible.

My rep/contact is really responsive and great to work with. He got me funds within 24 hrs to beat the holiday weekend and incoming snow storm.

The reason I chose Capital Gurus was because of its exceptional Trustpilot reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I appear to have been assigned to someone who lacked professionalism and basic business etiquette. Aside from sending me a link requesting sensitive business information and one brief follow-up call—where he promised to get back to me—he disappeared. No returned calls, no responses to emails.

I’m confused, frustrated, and disappointed. Based on the reviews I read, I expected far better. This experience does not reflect the company’s reputation, and I am very, very disappointed.
