The most bizarre “hotel” ever
Very disappointed. Before I come I called to make sure the room is quiet, they gave me a room on the main boulevard.
First when arrived we noticed that air connection and tv remote control don’t work. There are many and huge holes on the sofa, it's seems been taken from the bins outside .. They told me some guests had a party 3 days ago. The most shocking thing is the bed haven’t been done, and the resectionist left a fluffy blanket on the bed (you can see it on the pictures)to deal with it. Also the bed sheet is a single one for a double bed!!!The receptionist said is my mistake that I didn't check the room when we arrived and went for a walk instead.The bathroom door obviously needs replacing Someone needs to come and verify the property urgently! I asked for manager to come but the receptionist told me is too late. So incompetent staff he was so confused and asked me what he needed to do. I answered if I need to change the hotel for having a bed done where I can sleep. I want a full refund and leave this disgusting apartment!! How did they get 4 stars is embarrassing!! I’m still waiting for a manager to come!!!
P.S the SPA isn’t in the same building
