How to refund my money in case of company professional account manager mistakes ?

They called me so many times and they told me deposit 1000 USD and we will assign professional account manager and he will guide you to gain big profits after deposit the professional account manager opened sell gold position with 600 USD and price go up very fast and I lost 1000 USD within 5 hours then they didn't answer and didn't reply to my requests to refund my money back the loss happened from the professional account manager and no reply till now just they called me after that ask to deposit more money !!!!!!!!
Also the account manager told me we have to follow risk management and don't open position with big amount then with first position he forgot what he said and opened position with 600 USD position from 1000 USD ????!!!!!

Lying Company

I started investing in stocks with them in mid/late December. They told me that I'll get a 5 cash back guaranteed for any stocks that I'll lose money in. Pressuring me into spending more and more money. With the promise of ''don't worry, you'll always be able to get your money back if that stock fails.'' This kept on going till the 31st of December. On the 7th of January, I've lost a substantial amount on 2 of my stocks. When I asked for the cash back, they told me that that service was only available for the month of December. I was never told that there was a time limit! In fact I was lead to believe that it was something that I could use at any time. Then they told me that I should add more money so that I'll have a very good chance on earning it back and more. I've now lost all of my money. They'll also start to indirectly tell you to take loans or money from friends and family so that you have a very favorable chance to make all the money that you've lost back. Stay away from this company.

This is company of scammers. You will loose all your money.

This is company of scammers. They will keep calling and show you false profits and the moment you put more money after being pressurized from them day and night, within two days they will eat away all your money. Not a single penny you would be able to take out. Then they will vanish. They have audacity to ask you more money after they loose all money in 2 days.

Capex.com has been a mixed experience for me, earning it a three-star rating. While they offer a range of trading options, I've encountered issues with account access and communication. At times, their support seems inconsistent, and transactions haven't always reflected my intentions. Withdrawing funds involves a notable commission and requires approval, which can feel restrictive. Capex.com is 100% Fraud Company

Be aware Capex.com is truely a fraud company. All the people working in are very sweet talker to make you deposit more and more money and finally they give you such a trades to make you loose. Initially they will give you a trade and your amount will be doubled or you will get some good profit. And after this they ask you to add more funds to get more profits like this.
I think their software is also fake and the actual money we deposit directly goes in to their own account. You cannot call them they only will call you. They will call you again and again to ask you to add more funds. Please do not fall in a trap to join Capex.com you will loose your entire funds deposited and after that no one will contact you.
When I told the broker that I want to withdraw my money then he gave me such a trade and I lost all my amount in that trade. And after that he did not call me again. Now my balance is zero.

Be aware Capex.com is truely a scammer

Be aware Capex.com is truely a scammer. All the people working in are very sweet talker to make you to deposit more and more money in to your account and finally they give you such a trades to make you loose.
Hope their software is designed to show only digital money but the actual money we deposit directly goes in to their own account. They will not call to ok a registered phone but always use internet calls, you cannot call them they only will call you. Please do not fall in a trap to join Capex.com you will loose your entire funds deposited and after that no one will contact you.

I cannot access my account and the…

I cannot access my account and the counter representative is not responding. The last time I Was able to check my account I saw that my stocks were sold without me giving any instructions.
There was no margin call or anything what’s over and there was over $30,000 on the account

Unethical inefficient company - totally AVOID

Unethical company! Awful experience. They lie about their terms and then do not communicate when you question or when they need to pay back. Poor senior management who do not oversee any application for tax. Junior team make several errors in accounting that you need to sort yourself. Constant excuses. Completely avoid unless you want to lose your money and time. Company needs to be reported to the appropriate governing body.

Stay away from Capex

One of the worst application for trading. Not very user frendly to use and they have excesive rules. Also for a withdraw you pay 20euro comission and they have to approve the withdraw first, like is not your money.

I have a bad experience with this company

I had a bad experience with them, this company took more than what we agreed on. when you look at your account, you'll see how much they took from you and its an outrageous amount. I’ve been emailing them Since June 11, continually but to no avail, No one answers and when they do they tell me they are investigating it and yet nothing has come of it?

Their platform is good and I didn't have any problem with that . I didn't have any problem with withdrawal from my account but there is 20 Euro commission for withdrawal. I am really pleased with their services since the last two years.

HORRIBLE!
I made a mistake to give my number and email. They called me with a lot of different numbers, all day. I lost count but they have already called me 20 time each day!!!
I asked nicely to respect my choice. Afther that I was very angry but they said they won’t leave me alone and even I blocked numbers they will call me everyday.

I am afraid I have to take another number.. DO NOT DO THIS. Scam and very unfriendly. They don’t respect your privacy. They cal you from numbers all around the world.. it’s sick

I started with this broker a few months ago, everything is nice until you try to withdraw. They will do everything possible to make you lose your money and to not be able to withdraw. They use high pressure sales tactics which are illegal for a regulated broker. They will change numbers, and do everything possible for you to lose your money. Everything is fake. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
