I would give 10 stars if I could

I would give 10 stars if I could. Obsessed with this brand and will definitely be ordering more soon. I ordered the GRACE The Ultra Mesh Maxi - Black and the quality is incredible. You can tell so much thought has gone into creating this dress.

I had to return a few items from my order as I changed my mind and the return was so easy and super quick.

Best bikinis I’ve ever bought

Best bikinis I’ve ever bought - the prints and designs are super original and you can tell a lot of thought goes into them! Will definitely be buying more of their bikinis and can’t wait to try their dresses too 🫶🏻

Bought a size s bikini as per sizing chart, but bikini was rather small and not great support. Sadly got to pay for return/exchange. Read reviews before purchase but pretty disappointed.

Awww im so sorry you've had this experience with us. Everyones bodies are different so we try to be as accurate as possible with giving guidelines on the sizing but this is also everyones personal preference.

We're working super hard as a small business to be able to give as many pictures as possible to help with this <3

We have different bikinis for different support, if you need any help in the future you can email us and we can guide you to the best fitting bikini for what you're after. Unfortunately not every bikini can give everything everyone wants so we try to make enough styles for everyone <3

Regarding the returns and exchanges, this is very normal to have to pay for a return - we are a super small business so we wouldn't be able to cover the cost of returns as much as we'd love to!

Long Live Capala!!!!

Love Capala they're my go-to for cute and functional swimwear. I love how many different styles they have and how perfectly designed they are to flatter a woman's shape. Everything is so buttery and the ordering/delivery process was super easy <3

Bought the Amara dress and it is my favourite thing I have ever owned!!! It is so beautiful and the fabric quality is so high quality! I think anyone would look stunning in the dress, it is so versatile ❤️ I can’t wait for the next collection to drop

New favourite brand !!!!

I don’t think I actually have the words to describe how good the quality of the fabric is. My friends and I all have capala bikinis and can’t stop raving about them. Don’t even get me started on how unique the dresses are. As a wide hip girly I finally feel so seen ! When I order from any brand I tend to get a couple different sizes as you never know which will fit best and capala were so great with handling all customer care aspects and returns. 1000% will buy again.

Grace dress falling apart, one use

Ordered a dress (Grace, Ultra mesh maxi) for an event. Wore it to the event, washed it then air dried it. The fabric showed noticeable piling and the strap across the upper back was also falling apart. I wore the dress once, for 3.5 hours. I’ve reached out to customer service three times with no response. Can’t really fix the problem if a company doesn’t respond. I would not buy from this company, especially since this dress was $150 US. Take your money elsewhere and buy something that’s higher quality from a company with better customer service.

Best bikinis ever

Best bikinis ever!
These are so so flattering! I’m a 34DD so I always struggle to find bikinis that are supportive and also look nice and these are so good! I have two of their Isla top/Kaia bottoms sets and I am obsessed! Please bring out more prints because I will always order! I had to exchange to a smaller size and the customer service team was so so friendly!

I love my bikinis so much!

I love my bikinis so much!! They are so flattering and fit so nicely. Also with the delivery Ellie and her team went above and beyond to make sure my bikinis arrived on time! So so excited for Ellie and her brand- it’s exceptional and the next time I need new swimwear I will be back without a doubt. Thanks so much ☺️

DO NOT ORDER HERE

To anyone outside the United Kingdom: DO NOT order here!

I have been charged twice shipping costs (back and forth) plus customs clearance costs for a total amount of more than 55 euros for a dress that I returned.

You pay for air here.

PS: I had to wait more than a month for delivery.

I’m really sorry to hear you didn’t have the best experience 💔

Just to clarify, as mentioned in our T&Cs, being a small business means we sadly can’t afford to cover return shipping costs right now - although we do try to help by covering some of the outgoing fees where we can! This is super standard for small brands - if we covered everything, I wouldn’t be able to keep creating and selling our pieces (which we don’t want 😢).

As for customs, we actually refunded yours at the time as a goodwill gesture, even though we’d stated we don’t cover duties. That said - we listened, and we now cover all EU customs from our side, so no future orders will have this issue 🇪🇺💘

And I promise, no one’s paying for air! We pack with love and have never had this feedback before - we always try our best to give the best customer service possible.

I ordered two bikinis as I wasn’t sure…

I ordered two bikinis as I wasn’t sure on which shape would suit me best, and I’d seen how stunning they looked on Instagram. Arrived quickly and didn’t disappoint however as they’re quite expensive I decided I would only keep one. I packaged up my return and sent it back, a couple of weeks passed and I’d not had confirmation they had received it or my return processed so I sent an email to them. I’ve had no response I’ve followed up twice more and still nothing back! This is between March- June so several weeks have passed. I would just really like my refund as it is a lot of money but not getting any response!

*Edited 02/06 after receiving the response on this original review I sent an email to Ellie direct and this was sorted within the hour! I think the issue was I was replying to the info email and I don’t think they were going through for some reason!

Stunning Naya Bikini

I decided to treat myself for my holiday, and wow — what a stunning bikini! The quality and fit are absolutely gorgeous. I initially had to exchange the top for a different size, but Ellie was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m also eagerly awaiting my pre-ordered Grace dress — sadly it didn’t arrive in time for this trip, but that just gives me the perfect excuse to book another holiday (and pick up another bikini!). Highly recommend!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! ✨ I’m beyond impressed with the quality, the product and mostly the team and service. I ordered last minute, late in the evening for an event 3 days out. I also made an administrative error typing my address by accident because I was in a rush. 🤦🏻‍♀️I was so scared I wouldn’t get the order on time. I woke up the next morning to get an immediate notification that the shipment was sent out first thing. Following that multiple emails from the team and the owner herself reassuring me of the updates and that the package would make it in time. I really appreciated this level of care because it really helped calm me down. I am so impressed with this team. As a small business they cared to make sure everything from product to experience was perfect, cannot wait until my next order!! PS the FYA dress is unreal. Thank you team Capala for making me best dressed at my event!

Incredible Brand!
