I ordered order #43523 on December 28. It is January 25 and I have not received any word of my shipment despite transferring them the money already. When I emailed them, they said to contact on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. I did all 3. No response from Facebook or WhatsApp and they actually deleted my comments on Instagram asking about my order.

If someone doesn’t get back to me, I’m now filing a police report and a report with my bank. Unbelievable.

I have placed an order on 18.11.2025. After emailing them and sending messages on What's App, still ZERO reply.
What I could see is that the order is placed and and processed, but somehow they are sitting on it and they don't send it via DPD.
Really terrible customer support.

At the end I got all the things that I have ordered. They said that they are changing the delivery company, becouse they had issues with them.

I placed an order, I got to a page that said the order was placed, no order number or anything, but even after 24h I didn't get any email nor message. I checked my order history page and it didn't show any orders. The money was payed and I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and Instagram, but no answer. It seems to be a scam. Look out!

I placed an order and waited for it, or any confirmation/tracking that it had been sent. I never got anything. I thought it hadn't been shipped due to the holidays. I kept waiting and waiting and nothing. Contacted Canvory, they claim it has been delivered to a person I do not know (alledgedly to a neighbour, but the neighbour doesn't exist). I was then blamed for the whole incident because I didn't contact them, when I wasn't even aware the package had been shipped. I don't even know if the information they gave me is true, since I did not get a tracking number. To solve the issue, they said they would need private and confidential information on all my neighbours, but since a long time has passed, they can't do anything. I don't believe they even shipped the package. This is a scam, do not order from them.

It is overpriced a bit. And that’s not the main issue with Cavory. I ordered twice and both times the buds came out pretty dry. There is nothing worse than a dry bud. And the quality was far from what I was expecting. Maybe because they were dry or simply because it was a bad-quality flower.
Regarding the price. I would say around 50 euro for 10 grams is a fair deal. But if you go into details their products range around 5% cbd. I coudln;t find a bud with 10 or more per cent of CBD.

They sent me an empty vial. Unmarked and empty. There is just a hint of residue at the bottom. They now have no email for contact, and the mail address is in Cyprus, not Austria. Canvory.eu is a scam site, surely. They never even listed my order in my account page. Still doesn't appear there, it looks as if I never did any business with them. They took the money and sent me an empty vial. They also sent me a CBD extract, it was labeled and sealed, but looks like a yellow powder instead of the white crystals they had in the website photo.

They do not even bother to react to your emails. I would not recommend this company, smells so fishy... they do not seem to care at all about their customers. Who just ignores clients like that?

So, I have placed my order 5 days ago. Since then, nothing happened. My package has been registered in the system of DPD logistics but it has not been shipped yet. I don't know why they are sitting on it, but I'm pretty upset, because i have already paid for the stuff I ordered. Customer service does not respond to my emails. This is anything but professional and I'm greatly disappointed. I'm working as a journalist, writing an HHC related article. So if the package won't arrive by the next week, I'm afraid I will have to spread the word about this site being a scam and treating paying customers like sh.t. I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this company.

Update: My package has finally arrived. I might have been a bit harsh, because the stuff I got is alright. But the waiting time was unreasonably long. It took only 2 days for DPD to deliver, so Canvory was sitting on the order for more than a week. Anyway, this is not a fraud, but the shipping is still very slow and the staff does not reply to any emails.

I bought some cbd buds and hasj on this website but diddn’t get a track and trace. I send them mails but they diddn’t answer, i called them many times nothing helps. I’m now waiting a long time and hope to get a answer ASAP. I hope this is not a rip off because this website looked proffecional.

2nd and last order from canvory (for now). Both times buds have been EXTREMELY dry, to the point where i can crush them to literal powder in my hand. 1st time (a year ago) i had a headache for 2 weeks after smoking whatever it was I ordered at the time from them. Prices really arent too good, considering how low cbd content the strains have. Why would I pay 55€ for 10g of 5%cbd when I can pay 30€ for 10g of 18%cbd on another site?
With that said, while the delivery is a little long, there hasn't been any problems with that, hence the 2 stars. I don't want a "solution" to my problem or a gift or a discount on my next order, I just hope canvory will consider these things in the future in relation to their online competition, cuz they are seriously lacking.
- Since they deleted this review, the first time I posted it, because I didn't provide a verification that I actually made an order, I have now provided the order number, so they know it's a legitimate review. I also want others to see this, so canvory can sort their things out.
I don't dislike canvory, I ordered from them twice, I just want canvory to do better because I know they have good intentions and I want to support this kind of business, but they have to fix their product quality/price because the two do NOT correlate. Until then, it'll be 2 stars.

My package was lost in transit. Canvory did an excellent job by sending a replacement.
