It's such a nice change to write a nice review but this exceeded all expectations at the price point.
Took a picture on a phone. Lovely reminder of a place in France we love. We were looking for a new 90cm x 60cm type picture for a wall feature and decided we would have that picture transformed to an oil painted style. Used some software and sent the image for a cavass print. Sent the picture in and got a proof test print back, approved and waited for cavass. Absolutely blown away with the result. Lovely texture and colour, looks amazing and exceeded expectations. Used WhatsApp to communicate and usually responded within 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, quick delivery

I am genuinely so impressed with the team at the Canvas Print Shop. Firstly they are based in the UK and you can speak to somebody instantly (even at the weekend) in WhatsApp. Secondly and most importantly the quality of the canvasses are excellent. You even receive a free proof before they print so you can see exactly what your finished product will be like. The service is first class and I will 100% be ordering more canvasses from them.

My canvas is excellent. Any problems and questions I had about it were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Ordered a framed canvas print. During the process, no communication whatsoever on its progress. Had to call them to provide tracking information. On delivery the frame was cracked and warped and it was disheartening because it was a gift that was to be given out on arrival. Had to get it fixed locally as I had no confidence with this supplier.

I submitted my order for a new canvas print online, attaching a photo, and they worked with me to consider the best size and shape taking into account the photo orientation and contents. We are very happy with the results and I would use them again.

Canvas is perfect, well packed for safe delivery. The customer service was good, only reason it’s not a five star review was the delay arriving. However, it was near to Christmas so perhaps that’s why.
I’d definitely use again.

canvas is not to the dimensions i ordered so i cannot fit in frame and losing sales. shockingly poor attention to details

It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that really know how to look after its customers.. I ordered a canvas for my aunt and they were so efficient from ordering to my queries and to dispatch .
My aunt loved the print it made an old lady very happy and I want to thank u all for such a great smooth service start to finish . I highly recommend and I will be using u again !

I tried a few shops before settling on these guys, as they offered an option for a preview of the canvas before production. None of the 'big names' did this, plus I couldn't get my image to fit 100% satisfactorily into their preset boxes.

I placed the order after checking the cancellation policy, then got a very quick reply from Qaiser to my enquiry about when the preview would be ready, followed almost immediately by the preview itself. My questions were answered speedily.

It was produced within a couple of days and I got it a week later, very well packaged and cushioned. Very happy to recommend this company.

I had a print canvas done by the canvas print shop from a recent trip to the isle of man. The canvas looks great of me on the mountain course.
