Love it! Turned out better than I thought it would!

The canvases of my family pictures turned out beautifully!

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from CanvasDiscount. This has been one of the most frustrating online-order experiences I have had.

I ordered and paid for FOUR canvases, but only ONE was delivered. Three out of four items — 75% of my order — are missing.

CanvasDiscount has told me in writing that all four canvases were produced and shipped together in one shipment. However, only one reached me. I contacted the shipping side as well, and I still do not have a clear explanation of where the other three canvases are or at what point they disappeared. I have the correspondence and tracking information documenting this situation.

Instead of investigating and giving me a clear explanation of how 75% of an order can disappear, CanvasDiscount’s solution is simply to reproduce the missing three canvases and send them again.

But here’s the problem: what guarantee do I have that the replacement shipment will actually arrive? I specifically asked what happens if the second shipment is lost or delayed again and what they are doing differently this time. I still have no satisfactory guarantee or explanation.

Their advertised production/delivery expectations were also completely different from my actual experience. My original order took much longer than I expected. Based on my experience, customers should not assume that the production and delivery estimates shown when ordering necessarily reflect how long the entire process will actually take.

And after all of this, their proposed “goodwill” compensation was a 30% voucher toward my NEXT order.

Seriously? After I paid for four canvases, received only one, and now have to wait for three replacements, the compensation is a discount that requires me to spend more money with the same company again? I have no intention of placing another order, so this offer is meaningless to me.

I have lived in the U.S. for about four years and have ordered countless small, large, inexpensive, expensive, and oversized items from Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, Etsy, Temu and many other companies. I have experienced delays before, but I have never had a shipment disappear like this. This is the first time.

These canvases were needed for a professional office, so the delay has affected our setup and schedule. Now I am being asked to wait through another production and shipping cycle because three of the four original canvases never arrived.

Whether CanvasDiscount or its shipping partner is ultimately responsible is something they need to investigate between themselves. As the customer, I paid CanvasDiscount for four products and received one. CanvasDiscount chose the fulfillment and shipping process, not me.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have had to repeatedly ask basic questions about what happened, what guarantees exist for the replacements, whether the shipment is being investigated, and what happens if the replacements fail to arrive again.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend relying on CanvasDiscount for anything time-sensitive or important. Do not be persuaded simply by low prices or promotional discounts. A discount means very little when you cannot rely on receiving the complete order within the expected timeframe.

I will update this review if and when the remaining three canvases actually arrive. Until then, my experience is simple: paid for 4, received 1, 3 missing, and now waiting again.

Based on my correspondence with Kinglie Vilas, I found the support unhelpful, dismissive of the seriousness of the situation, and lacking meaningful accountability.
