I created a website in Canva which I absolutely loved then I published it. I kept getting 404error messages when I went to my website. My domain provider went through it with a fine tooth comb and determined the issue was on the Canva end. Unfortunately Canva has zero way to get in touch with a human and when you finally get someone to respond, they just send you a form email with the steps to take which we’re not working. I repeatedly explained they were not working however I kept getting responses from different supposedly IT people with the same list of instructions, despite my repeated request to speak to somebody on the phone and look at it in real time together. Today, the fifth person who reached out to me gave me the simplest tip that made it work, which makes me realize none of the other people actually even looked at what I was asking them. Ronyl was the amazing person who finally used their human eyeballs to look, notice, and assist me. Other than Ronyl I have had no other good results with Canva customer service.

Is one of the best app for graphics designer

I had a problem with account recovery and I contacted the support team and they immediately solved my issue without any delay and leaving me waiting for many days as compared to other companies support team.

I genuinely love Canva. It helps me alot in preparing my college related work and other stuffs. It's also very convenient app. Love it. ♡

Canva is a very trustworthy company. Very professional, responds back fast and is very reliable when for example you need a refund or something.

The only thing I really want to tell them is please change your logistic partner. It's been the second time something went wrong with my shipment. First time my package got lost and needed it in time for an event. So Canva had to print again, sent with express delivery and I eventually got it on time. Second order I had no issues. But now third order My package has gone missing again. Colis privé? They said to have put it in my mailbox but it was no where to be found. They are also very hard to get a hold of. I told this to Canva they gave me my money back the same day. So they're not the problem here. But please reevaluate all your european logistic partner because they are depriving your trustworthines... I am very much doubting if I'm going to order with Canva again because of it. Which I think is very sad because I love their graphic printwork.

I love editing videos and making presentations on Canva, it's my favourite hobby on my PC and I love doing it just for fun! Thank you for making such an awesome, enjoyable, free-to-use graphic design software.

MANY cool templates and designs for posters and slides and docs.

I Love it! Very convenient! Helpful! Fun!

but it is still good if you are reading this canva you need to improve!!!

Canva has gone majorly downhill. In their rush to try to think for you, they have completely eliminated what this app was supposed to do - which was allow people to design items to publish. You spend more time fighting their system than making progress. I am definitely cancelling my subscription and looking for a new solution. And the Affinity product that they now offer is beyond worthless.

Despite cancellation request and refund request I was refused

Easy to use and design what you want. No place on the site to improve card stock from throw-away-thin to a decent thicker stock. I spent over $220 and will probably have to throw them away when they arrive since they are on paper thin stock and won't represent me well professionally. They have no contact number so you're stuck with the poor quality.

They have great customer service.
I had lost access to my gmail connected to canva. I raised the concern, they verified and within 5 hours they changed my gmail.

I love how customizable the templates are. I've been able to do so many great flyers for my businesses

I reached out to Canva via email and they responded within 5 minutes. Extremely fast & understanding! I appreciate it

I love how I could connect Canva to ChatGPT, I love Canva in general!
