Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service from Davis and the Cannazip team. Recently we needed some rollstock packaging in a pinch and Cannazip was able to deliver and get us back up to speed with production. I have been placing packaging orders with Cannazip for years now and always have a great experience.

Hi Chad, it is highly unfortunate that this review was provided, and as we did with the order, always try to right any potential issue. You had provided us with the artwork, which we mounted to the template free of charge, and you had also approved the artwork prior to production. It seems a little unfair this is being placed on our team when you had approved it to go to print. We had provided free expedited shipping at our cost, along with a discount on the order, as well as 500 free bags, to help remedy the minor delay, which resulted from an equipment breakdown. All production timelines are estimated and noted in our T&C, as this is a custom manufacturing process, and we do our absolute best to meet and often exceed these projections. Communication was provided throughout the process and is documented in recorded phone, text, and email conversations, many of which were unanswered, when we tried to provide updates. We tried our absolute best to accommodate your order and provide remedies to ensure your satisfaction and will continue to do so as we take the upmost priority in our customer's satisfaction, no matter the order size. If you would like to give us a call we'll be happy to go through everything with you. Thank you.
