100% scammers
100% scammers, they'll provide you tracking number and make it look legit at first, but then two days later you'll get an email from that courier that your parcel needs insurance (and they offer only temporary insurance HA how convenient) worth 1500 euro (for a 200 euro parcel) which you have to pay in order for them to deliver.
Needless to say the company doesn't reply to any more emails or the whatsapp texts.
They're not smart scammers either, I got my money back without any issues by calling the bank and reporting the transaction, which they reverted.
Imagine being so stupid that you're not even able to scam people properly. Get effed losers
