Everything was extremely easy. Only problem whenever y'all called it said it was a spam call . That was really the only problem that I experience.

It was easy
It was easy, inexpensive and quick. After speaking with the Dr. I had an email confirming my recommendation within 15 minutes, it contained a list of instructions on how to proceed and a video detailing the procedure.

Fast, Easy, and Good for 1 More Year
I made my appointment for my renewal certification. I was able to select my preferred date and time from a large amount of options.
At my appointment time, the Doctor called me, verified my details, talked about my usage and issues, if any (I don't have any issues). She then told me that she was approving my renewal and I should see the email message with the renewed certificate soon.
The whole conversation with the Doctor was about 8 minutes, and the email message arrived about 10 minutes after ending the call.
This process is so easy and so quick. I have renewed 3 times now and each time is better because it's easier and faster than I remember from the last time.
