They had a "special offer" that required me to spend more than usual. The offer was not applied, the package was missing items. When I contacted support, they said I'd have to place another order. I refused, since I can't trust them. The issue remains unresolved, yet they continue to send spam emails even though I have requested multiple times that they not contact me anymore. I recommend avoiding this provider, as they are completely unreliable and untrustworthy.

Lousy customer service. I ordered blueberry hash and got a 'mystery hash'. I reached out and was told that they never had a problem with that supplier and offered me 15 percent off. I just told them that there is a problem. No resolution. Thank goodness there is a wealth of companies to order from. Don't waste your money at cannabisden.

I have nothing but great things to say, product is always great, selection is nice, fast shipping, they normally have some sort of great deal going on and Victoria goes above and beyond to help out her customers. I had posted an earlier review expressing my displeasure with this company mistakenly revealing my email to hundreds of others. Their response to my complaint was quick and they immediately offered me a gift certificate to compensate for the error.
I am quite pleased with their customer service and gratefully accepted their offer.
Mistakes happen, however they were quite apologetic and offered fair compensation.

You have two options, either A) pay me a sum of 3,000.00 for your negligence and breech of my human rights, or B) I take you to court and sue you for 10x that amount. I’m sure you will make the right choice. I have several screenshots of the email chain of over 500, yes 500 people. I thought it was only 200 but nope. It’s like 500 near 600 people. I have also several screenshots of the replies people sent and some of them are quite concerning. A couple of them have NEVER even done business with you people and somehow they were included in this email chain. So I expect 3,000.00 within the next week or I’m calling my lawyer back.

Shared my email with all other customers. No contact from them to fix this. You are not safe to use this company for privacy and security settings!

Terrible company that breaches confidentiality. They have no concerns over sharing buyers personal information and potentially causing harm by doing so. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

Where do I begin… I ordered a week before Christmas hoping at best it be there for the following weekend.. everything was confirmed the Tuesday and I received it the Friday which beyond exceeded my expectations.. not only was it packaged odour proof and super discreet (sometimes my teenagers or husband bring in my mail) but I also received a bud sample with my edibles order (can you talk about an unexpected bonus??) ate part of the edibles for a holiday party and even smoked a bit of the sample and I cannot say anything but QUALITY and amazing service!!
