Fast and amazing service glad to work with them again

The only vendor I found online was willing to pay for my outdated laptop. I was initially skeptical because other companies will, at best, give you free computer recycling.
Canitcash exceeded my expectations. They sent updated emails every step of the way, from the label creation, receipt of the computer, inspection, result, and inspection to, finally, the offer. It's a smooth process. Recommended.

They offered $655 for my Mac and this is what they sent back once receiving my computer:

Total scam! Tried to convince me they received a "different computer", broken and an older model. Offered me 1/10 of what they offered before I sent it. I had pictures and the serial number but had no way to prove it without flying to FL to rescue my REAL computer. Once they receive your computer, they can make any claim they want to. Don't trust them!

Like several others, I experienced a dishonest transaction from these guys . They originally suggested they would give me $1500 for a projector. I had paid 2700 for and used only four times (turns out the image was not adjustable Enough to fit our space😱)
So I shipped them the projector and they “inspected“ it, and found what they claimed was “where and tear“. When I ask them for pictures of this wear and tear, they sent me a photo of a single Extremely small and light scratch, Would appeared as if it was only visible under magnification. This justified them reducing their offer to me by nearly 20%.
In fact, this wear and tear was imaginary, and the price reduction was nothing more than fraudulent practice.
I will be reporting these jerks to the Better Business Bureau.

I was kinda scared to send my GPU out but they are trust worthy they quoted me a price that is super fair, on ebay they we’re selling for $120 and canitcash offered $115 and i didn’t have to worry about shipping or waiting to get my gpu to sell it was Instant sent them the gpu which they paid for shipping they inspected it and sent me the money, one thing im surprised about is that the GPU was super Dusty i thought they will offer me around $80 but they actually paid me the price they quoted me which is $115 super happy with this company i will be dealing with them more.

Canitcash does exactly as they say they will do the deal on their website. They offer a price for your item, they give you a printable UPS shipping slip to cover this shipping cost of the item, and they stay in constant contact until the day they review your shipped item and confirm its condition and pricing.

10/10 would do business with this company again.

I used Canitcash to sell my old desktop since I bought a new computer. My existing device was in excellent condition and I am very pleased I used Canitcash to retrieve its existing value.

The process was seamless and the correspondence with Canitcash has always been on time. I contacted them first to verify they'd accepted my model, and they replied within a business day updating their database to include my item. I did not pay for the shipping and I greatly appreciated that they provided it at no cost. Upon receiving it, it was inspected and found flawless, then they paid the amount promised instantaneously on my bank account. Overall and excellent service exactly as promised and advertised. Their website also works much better than other sellers.

I never sold a PC online before, so this was the first and I am so glad I used Canitcash. I will use it again if I need it in the future!

They were straightforward and honest and willing to barter a little so I can’t complain. Did not get all that I asked but I suppose I overlooked a bit of minor cosmetic damage so that is my error. Leave it wives to barely use a laptop and have it look like it’s gone through a war zone 🤣

On Tuesday they quoted me a price. The GPU got there on Friday. On Monday, they inspected the GPU and found it in perfect condition. On Tuesday, they changed the offer down by 35 dollars from an initial 216 to 176. They claimed, "market conditions". However, I went online to other services, and they today quoted me at 211. This is a classic bait and switch. Stay away.

Our experience with Canticash was above and beyond our expectations. In today’s world we were skeptical. They inspected our computer, and gave us a fair price for it, all in a timely manner. Very professional. Highly recommend !

Still haven't completed my sale but service so far has been excellent. Getting a recent email that they confirmed my shipment was s relief as it can be a bit nerving sending an expensive laptop out into the void.

Genuinely one of the most egregious businesses that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. This is the third time I've interacted with them as it pertains to selling personal electronics. The first instance, I was offered a mere $900 after I was quoted for over $1,100 for an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 GPU, which was barely used and absolutely flawless. Canitcash cited "fluctuating GPU prices" so, in other words "we're going to bait and switch in hopes you don't want your item back, then if you decline, then we'll hold your item hostage until you pay for a return label because we use subjective language in our terms and can just say the item isn't as described". The second instance was my local UPS store's fault, when they shipped a Ryzen 9 CPU in a bubble mailer, so no fault to Canitcash in that regard. The third instance, however, simply bolsters the aforementioned where I genuinely feel as though they're bait and switching people, they cite in their reply that I didn't include a controller, but do not recall anywhere in their form requiring me to include one. Additionally, they lowered their offer from $340 to $136 over a $60 controller? You tell me that they're not trying to take advantage of people. Furthermore, once I declined their offer, Canitcash cited that I needed to provide a return label, by once again using the subjective language I described above, seemingly holding my item hostage to coax me into accepting their egregiously low offer, which would essentially be theft. It was only after I challenged that "policy" which contradicts various other portions of their website which promises consumers a "hassle free" and "free return" policy, such as in their half-baked website's footer description.

The experience as a seller leaves a little to be desired, I was initially offered $375 for a used Samsung Bespoke Vacuum in flawless condition, but after their inspection I was offered $105 after their inspection which is outrageous IMO.

To be fair their customer service representative was courteous and upped the offer to $150 and provided photos that show some scratches that I'm assuming happened during shipping to them. Unfortunately that is still unacceptable as this is a $700 that works with no problem. Their website now shows that the item is being offered at $200 in flawless condition which I find very curious.

They do get an extra positive note for their quick and friendly customer service, but I would suggest thinking twice as a seller, unfortunately.

I had a desktop gaming computer quoted by Canitcash. They quoted the highest amount and paid for shipping in full. I sent the computer and when it was inspected they noticed some scratches that I had overlooked. They reduced the offered amount. At the time, I was unaware of the scratches and I sent a note asking about the adjustment. Canitcash was very courteous and sent pictures of the several scratches that I had overlooked, but at the same time, paid me very fairly for the computer, especially in light of the scratches. They went the extra mile and it is very appreciated.
