Order disappeared

Hello, We have a screen shot of an order made to Candy Barn via Amazon. The order seems to have disappeared. No message from Candy Barn or Amazon. We usually get a brilliant service from Amazon but in this case I’m surprised they deal with such a low rated outfit.

Disappointing

I ordered in Feb, heard nothing from them for 2 weeks so decided to email. Literally heard nothing back until I got an automated email saying that my order had been cancelled due to all my items not being in stock and said it my order had not been yet refunded. Took a few extra days to get my refund with no explanation. What I find the more confusing part is how even though in the email they claimed all of the items were out of stock, if you look back on their website the items are still in stock. I don’t understand how this website can still be up selling items if they don’t have the capacity to actually send them,

SCAM

SCAM! Order confirmed, payment taken. NOTHING ELSE until I followed up eventually got a text saying they are extremely busy and will refund. No refund. No response. Thank goodness for Paypal.

No communication at all ,no order arrived

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago was told delivery would take 2-4 days - heard or seen absolutely nothing since ,I’ve messaged them on their website and sent emails and they’ve just blanked me very poor customer service to say the least all I wanted was 1 message to say what’s happening but got nothing I WILL NOT BE USUNG THIS SCAM OF A WEBSITE AGAIN

Candy Barn is a scam

Candy Barn is a scam. Like many others here they took my money and vanished. I opened a claim with Paypal and got my money back but this place should be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. 🚩🚩🚩

don’t buy from here. my friends all got me loads of sweets from here for my birthday a FRICKIN GOOD 2 MONTHS AGO. never came. disgusting customer service. they all spent over 200£. and never got it back, thanks a lot idiot people. you have about a week to send it out otherwise i’ll report your whole shop to the police for scamming me and all these people.

Absolutely infuriated with this…

Absolutely infuriated with this company. Do not even contemplate buying anything from them. Placed an order nearly a month ago and have had no update about my order. I've tried contacting them via email, Instagram and their live chat 6 times and have had no response. Extremely fed up trying to make contact and they've taken money from my account. This order was for a birthday and now I'm going to have to fork out more money to get a second present. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Order arrived with wrong and out of date products

I ordered some sweets and not only did it arrive a week late, they claimed three of the products were out of stock when their website showed it was in stock. Then proceeds to send me six packs of reeses cups that were three months out of date, never responded to their email and never refunded me either. This business is awful and unprofessional to be blunt

Sent wrong item

I got sent the wrong Swedish fish. I messaged the company where they told me they would send me out the correct ones. I’ve been waiting weeks and weeks. I messaged and I told it would come Saturday over a week later nothing. Been waiting since the 15th March for the correct order to be sent out. They just keep ignoring my messages.
