the worst… complete bullshit

This company is absolutely the worst ever. I order items for Christmas with atlest. A month notice and now I've requested a refund several times with no progression.
1/13/2026 update: Still no order or refund but they can make a reply insinuating that i never ordered through them. These excuses are lame. I have all the info that it was through them. Obviously some people need to learn to take responsibility for their corrupt business
