Fantastic Company
I ordered some delicate Christmas decorations which were despatched the same day. Each one had been carefully wrapped and packaged carefully. Despite being through the rigours of the postal strike they’ve all arrived in perfect condition.

Arrived Damaged
The Eeyore bauble arrived in reasonable time, given the postal strikes, and was well packaged. However, bubble wrap had been push inside the bauble and around the Eeyore figure dislodging it from the bauble itself. Meaning it is now loose inside. I can only assume this was done when the bubble wrap was pushed inside and around the figure. To be honest, I don't know how the bubble wrap was put in there, unless it had been wrapped around the Eeyore figure first. I am hoping I can reattach it with some glue.

Wonderful customer service and products that have been cared for
Our Rose Dragon arrived very quickly and in wonderful condition. We actually ordered a different colour from another store and the Rose colour from Celebrations and Toys, at the same time. The Rose Dragon from Celebrations and Toys arrived in much better packaging and was obviously well cared for. When comparing to the other dragon - badly packed and looking like it’d had a rough time!
