I tried to order from this site, payment declined so tried another card. Around a week later both cards have had fraudulent purchases made on them for several hundred pounds, and I've had to cancel them both. Do not use this site!

Am also shocked that Google are still advertising them in their "shopping" results despite multiple reports of this scam. I have reported them to Google and will also report to the Action Fraud website.

Avoid this company I've had to cancel my card lucky for me before they took anything from my account!!

Scam like the rest, used the website, card declined then £700 used on my card!

A couple days ago my order didnt go through and it seemed a bit dodgy at the time. Then I just found out that my card has been used for fraudolent purchases, more that £600 were stolen from my account,

To the owner/s, if you ever read this, you need help dude, what you're doing is not cool. I know you don't care about your conscience anymore but think about your family.. how will you teach your kids how to live if this is what you do for a living. Taking advantage of someone else to get you were you want to be is hard to forgive, not for me but for yourself.

Do not use this company the candles are not cheap , they don't even sell them they use your card details at a later date and spend your money. telephone your bank or credit card company now . Cancel your card. why are they still online ????

Same happened to me, tried 3 times as my card was declined. When I googled for reviews this came up. Rang my bank to flag my account rather than cancel my card. Turned out 20 minutes before I'd called them they'd declined a £15.82 payment for Deliveroo. Cancelled my card, very frustrating. Noticed it now doesn't come up as one of the first hits on google anymore when you search for the scent of Yankee Candle I was after so hopefully something will be done to shut this scammers down asap.

Lesson learnt, will always look for trust pilot reviews before using any new websites, just shows how easy it is to fall for a lovely looking website.

Fraudulent. Had to cancel both my cards. Also recommended the site to a friend as they had true grace diffusers cheap..Same happened to her!

Tried to use my card for Fraud! Exactly the same scenario as the others - wish I had checked first. Edit 24/11/17 looks like they are under investigation by the police now.

Do not use this company. Exactly the same happened to me. E-mail after you have ordered states that your card has been declined. Canceled card straight away............wish I had read up on the company first. I note these reviews are sent to them........stop ripping people off you cretins!!! Do not try another card after you receive the e-mail and report.

Just tried to order from this site, my card got declined, entered another card (my sons) the same thing, had a lovely day bad feeling about it, check on line to find all these reviews about fraud! Cancelled my bank card and my sons. Hopefully that will be the end of it, just wish I had looked at the reviews 1st! Beware!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam. I noticed an odd amount debited from my bank account today and raised my suspicions. I tried paying for items on this site with two different cards but both times came back with message 'unfortunately your card issuer has declined the charge'.

Have contacted my bank and both cards now cancelled. This site needs to be pulled! PLEASE AVOID!!

Wish I had looked at trustpilot before. Ordered goods and gave card details then got email to say transaction declined. Nothing wrong with my account so reported it to my bank. Site needs shutting down.

No confirmation email received, no candles received, three weeks later over £800 spent on my card at Missguided, Footlocker, Zalando, then the rotten nutsacks ordered Dominoes pizza. The website is registered on Companies House and the 'Director' Thomas Peter Milner is listed at a 'Boatmail' address. Date of birth 13 October 1970 and had previous websites 'Dogzdinner Limited' and 'Pristine-screen Limited' and 'Service and Support Limited'. believe he lives in NN14 6LD after a bit of internet digging but that may not be the real culprit. Have contacted Action Fraud.

Scam!!! Wish I'd read the reviews before. Beautifully presented site, appears legit. It is not!! Placed the order, never received s confirmation email. A week later fraudulent activity was detected on my card to the sum of £500! Disgusting site should be shut down!! The guy is all over companies house. Need to report asap!

I just made a purchase, and card declined - although my card company said no such transaction was requested. I tried it again, and it was rejected. I then went to reviews and seen all these comments! Thank you for your comments... my card is already blocked to prevent fraud. I can't believe Google is suggesting this as a shop. I guess free delivery and half price is too good to be true. They also have my email and password...

You get an email to say your card payment has been declined and then hundreds of pounds are charged to the same card - thankfully fraud prevention stopped the transaction.

SCAM!!!! Attempted to purchase a candle and it made me sign up for an account - no candle yet my card was used fraudulently to the tune of hundreds of pounds - AVOID!!!!!

This site is a phishing page collecting card details. There are no products. All cards used in my transaction on here then subsequently had fraudulent payments made on them.
