I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Having just been diagnosed with cancer and starting chemo this website has been a godsend!
We’re given long long lists of potential side effects but no guidance on how to manage the ones we do get.
I have placed 4 orders so far and each has been delivered promptly.
I have ordered a lot of ‘in case’ products but i have already started using some of the products to get my nails and skin in a condition to better deal with side effects.
I love the fact that they do hampers for different types of treatments. I took a look at the chemo one and it made me think “ooh, that’t come in handy” - hadn’t thought of that!
Am so grateful they exist

Great company, kind team and quality product.

I ordered the everything you need for chemo care package for my dad and it is great - he was particularly delighted with the soft blanket. The package comes very carefully and lovingly prepared, with so many things I'd of never thought of that have actually proved useful and will continue to. The team were amazing putting a rush on for me, as I'd left it late to order, and they were so kind and responsive. It was really appreciated.

Great idea for someone doing it tough.

A brilliant basket purchased for my cousin who is undergoing chemotherapy. The products are of high quality and ordering and delivery was extremely easy. My cousin was stoked to receive the basket and couldn't believe all the wonderful goodies.

Received a care package…

Received a care package following recent thyroid surgery. The box was presented lovely and packaged with individual
Items all of which were gratefully received and in my opinion selected knowing what was needed . Mints and chewing gum to get rid of the awful post anaesthetic taste, face masks to help calm and relax , face mist to keep me cool, chocolate ( who doesn’t appreciate that ) hand sanitizer, hydration powders etc etc. I can honestly say it was just what the doctor ordered . I will definitely be using this when I need to send a package to someone . Thankyou

Top service and great product at great price

Searched the internet for some Udderly Smooth extra care cream and Cancer Pal was by far the most reasonable supplier of this product. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and received on Monday Morning via Royal Mail. Just excellent service

Fantastic product

I have used a product called
Udderly smooth moisturising cream,for my Plaque psoriasis and also Guttate psoriasis. I was blown away by how my psoriasis responded to this cream. The itchiness was massively reduced and it started to level out within a Couple of weeks, the redness died down as well. I can tell when I've forgotten to use it and I grab for the tub immediately.
I have tried many moisturisers over the many years and this is well worth a try, I know everyone is different but it is well worth giving it a go.
I've also recommended this to friends with excema and dermatitis.

Fantastic Miracle Cream for my psoriasis!

Bought a tub for my Mum after she raved about this cream!
She's suffered with Psoriasis and Guttate Psoriasis for absolutely years with her trying all the creams from Drs even using UV treatment through the NHS when she gets Guttate Psoriasis every few years.
I can't believe how much it has helped her!!! She's said it reduces the itchiness, major reduction in the plaque and she would scratch herself red raw!
It's absolutely amazing!
It was also sent out to me within a few days as I'd ordered Friday evening but I'd seen the opening hours of the business so this wasn't a problem at all! We all need days off! ☺️

Great business and deserves to do well.

I recently made a purchase from Cancer Pal after looking up the history of the company and they had the product I was after. Easy to buy online, great price and super-fast delivery. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and if I could give 6 stars I would. Once a parcel is handed to the Royal Mail or courier a company's responsibility doesn't end but the time it takes to deliver is not within their control. It's a genuine company and not a scam. I have no connection whatsoever with Cancer Pal and have not been incentivised to post this review.

Great service

It’s really difficult to know what to buy for a loved one who is undergoing treatment. We bought a gift box for a family member. The website is so easy to navigate with so much helpful information. We live overseas and the communication was great. The box was delivered quickly and the products were appreciated by the recipient. I have recommended CancerPal to many friends and colleagues.

I’m concerned I’ve not received order…

I’m concerned I’ve not received order or had a response to my email or voicemail that was left. I’ve ordered two boxes at £300 and can’t get a response on where the order is.

We are sorry you have been disappointed with the delivery time for your order to arrive. However we sent your order out within the required delivery timescales and when you got in touch to say that your order hadn’t been delivered, we responded within 5 hours, so in this instance we do feel that your 1 star review is unjustified.

For completeness the timescales of your order were as follows:

Weds 12 April you placed an order via our website and paid for upgraded 1st Class Delivery via Royal Mail.
Thurs 13 April we sent your order using Royal Mail 1st Class service – Royal Mail 1st Class has a next day delivery aim, but this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
Friday 14 April 12:48 you emailed us to notify us that your order had not arrived
Friday 14 April 16:15 we responded to your message to apologise that you had not received your items despite the fact they were sent on a 24 hour tracked delivery service.
Friday 14 April 16:49 by way of apology and as a gesture of goodwill on our part, we refunded you the full delivery amount
Monday 17 April 8:57 we emailed you to update you that your items were being delivered that morning
Monday 17 April 09:42 you received your items

We are a small business and are doing our best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We state on our website that ‘We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and most of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order’ but we actually sent your order out the next day. We are sorry that your order did not arrive when you expected it but feel that in this instance we did everything possible to ensure that it was delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your order and hope that it provided some comfort and support to the recipient.

I think is a scam site

I think is a scam site. I paid for next day delivery and from that mail regarding my order, nothing. Not the gif, not other mail. Shame to use cancer to scam people. I will contact my bank to report them and get my money back.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our company. I can assure you CancerPal is not, as you claim, a 'scam site'. It is a legitimate website focused on supporting those going through cancer treatment. We have supported hundreds of patients and their families over the past few years.

On 2nd November you placed an order on our website. Your order stated Royal Mail 1st class delivery with a one day delivery 'aim'. Nowhere on our site do we state guaranteed next day delivery. Your item was posted the same day you placed the order and you were sent a confirmation email.

4th November delivery of your item was attempted but there was nobody home to receive it. A card should have been left with details on how to rearrange the delivery with the Royal Mail.

5th November you left the above review having made no other previous contact with us.

6th November we exchanged several emails where we provided evidence of the attempted delivery of your item.

If your delivery is not collected from the post office it will be returned to us, at which point we will be happy to issue a refund minus the postage costs as per our website terms and conditions.

We are a small business and we value all feedback, but in this case we feel your review is neither fair or justified.
