I recently had a bad experience with making an online purchase. So I was nervous making another one. However, Cana Wine Company had a rare bottle that I really wanted. It was either trust or miss another opportunity. Cana came through in great fashion. They gave great correspondence that instilled confidence in my purchase. The Customer service is exceptional
The Customer service is exceptional. The bottle arrived very carefully packed and pristine. The only complaint that I have is that the bottle was sent alone, without the original box. With Macallan Scotch, the box is an important piece of the package. The delivery time was very impressive. Overall a great experience.

My experience with CANA wines was exceptional! Tmy delivery was relatively quick (5 days) especially during Christmas time. The wines were packed superbly. Plus, the prices are fabulous. I will surely order from this company again.

Great Products but Slow Shipping!!!
The products are packed really well and the staff is professional when you speak with them. I was able to purchase some bottles of tequila I had been looking for. The only issue I ran into is I had purchased these bottles on Nov 20, the Thursday before Thanksgiving in hopes they would arrive for Thanksgiving since I requested a 3 business day shipping. After I called them on Nov 28, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, they told me they would ship out soon. I received the package on Friday Dec 5, 2025.
