Well organised and professional service
Easy to book survey online. Plenty of useful information to choose the right survey for the property. Good communication with myself which facilitated getting a date arranged for the survey with the property owner. Surveyor phoned me after the survey to discuss the finding, very helpful and knowledgeable and followed up with a comprehensive report.

Thorough, professional and very helpful throughout
We had a very positive experience with Bradly Wells at CamSure during our house purchase.
As first-time buyers, the survey process felt quite daunting at first, but Bradly’s report was very thorough and gave us a clear understanding of the property and the issues we needed to pay attention to. What we particularly appreciated was how helpful and professional he was when we had follow-up questions afterwards.
He took the time to explain the survey findings clearly, helped us understand what was important in practical terms, and gave us useful guidance on what steps to take next. That made the whole process feel much more manageable and helped us feel far more confident as we moved forward with the purchase.

Impressed
Harry from Camsure carried out our level 3 survey to our satisfaction.
He gave us a courtesy call to introduce himself and let us know he was on his way for his visit.
He explained briefly what he would be doing and that a report would be sent asap.
After the visit he touched base and informed us of his findings and within 24 hours we had received the full report.
The report was very extensive, informative and self explanatory.
We are very impressed with the service we have received and would highly recommend.

I would recommend using Camsure Homes. Moving is stressful but Camsure made the process of obtaining a survey stress free. The survey coordinator Georgie was really helpful and efficient and kept us up to date at all times. Our surveyor Kate also called before the survey just to explain the process and asked if there were any particular areas of concern and also explained the report I would receive. A really good service provided and I would recommend

Great service
Harry Johnson completed a level two survey for us on a property and we were very pleased with the survey. It was highly detailed and helped us focus in on priorities, concerns to highlight etc.

Helpful advice and information when…
Helpful advice and information when booking in the survey. The surveyor called before the appointment to see if anything specific I wanted looking at. He then called once survey was completed, verbally detailing some of the issues. I was in receipt of a comprehensive report the next day. Report was understanding with lots of good images provided.
