Great price and super speedy next day delivery. Only slight gripe would be after receiving an email confirming the order there was not a follow up dispatched item or tracking information email like most retailers do nowadays to ensure someone would be around.

SOG fan unit arrived quickly & well packaged. I was only surprised that at over one hundred and fifty quid it wasn’t gold plated. If that’s representative of German manufacturing costs no wonder everything is made in China these days.

Ordered a wheel trim which had damage on receipt. Whilst I accept that it could not have been seen at point of dispatch, the company's choice to ghost me rather than engage in dialogue is unacceptable, unprofessional and needs to be highlighted for others contemplating a purchase from this company. This relates to 1st February and resulted in a 1 star review. Following a very productive phone call and apology from the company, together with a solution to resolve I am reassured that my experience was not the norm and I imagine unlikely to be repeated. Certainly I am satisfied with the sincerity and credibility of the company to the extent that I would be more than happy to deal with them in the future and would be happy to recommend to others.
