Been a user for 4 years of Campaign Master and I must say not only a great platform, but their account management, support team and after sales care is phenomenal. Have used other platforms in the past, but by far Campaign Master blows them out the water. They even take on board client feedback and are always enhancing the platform. Fantastic platform and service.

Sukhvir was super helpful and informative in my intro session with Campaign Master and I left feeling a lot more educated on the software. He is an asset to the Campaign Master team

As a business we have used Campaign Master for over 10 years and they have been nothing but excellent. The capability of the platforms is impressive, the team are always providing updates and keeping things up-to-date, the whole team are a pleasure to deal with.

We use Campaign Master to produce our weekly newsletter at work, so whenever we have queries or experience issues, we generally need a fairly timely response. Their support team always surpass our expectations in terms of response time, level of help provided and clear explanations/instructions on how to perform functions/fix issues.

They are brilliant. We aren't looking for a marketing provider, we send bulk emails to our members about their benefits with us. Campaign Master are perfect for that. They offer template building service so we can brand our emails for specific clients. The system is easy to use and really helpful for getting results. There customer service is also fantastic, our relationship manager is always straight on it, if we ever need any help. I highly recommend them for a GDPR complaint service.

I had a problem with some missing data (the issue was our end, not Campaign Master's). My call was answered almost immediately. I spoke to Ameeta who understood what I needed straight away, telling me what she was going to do and when. She delivered as promised with a very clear email which succinctly relayed the issue and the solution. Very impressed!
