I accidentally signed up for the…


I accidentally signed up for the membership and didn’t have the best experience with the support agent. Thankfully, Bob from the Escalation Team stepped in and was very helpful. He explained everything clearly, canceled my subscription, and is processing my refund. Appreciate the follow-up and support—thanks, Bob!
