Crazy - we are a remote company and we wanted to buy a temperature controlled oven (for electronics testing). They refused to ship to a residential address. This was after an hour on the phone checking specs and stock and then ordering online. Was literally a "company policy" brick wall, couldn't tell me any good reason why they would not ship it to a residential address.
