I had the most awfull employment…

I had the most awfull employment experience at Cam Kidz/Ek is Uniek.

The treatment I received is very unfair, and was treated eith disrespect on different occasions. I was terminated, and took then to CCMA. I have multiple ex-employees of Cam Kidz that can support this. If you thought of starting employment there...please think twice!

They do not care about you and treats you so badly.

My concern is that these practices appear to be ongoing and other employees may be affected in the same way. I believe the company needs to review its treatment of staff and ensure compliance with labour law.

I am lodging this complaint to warn other potential employees and parents about the work environment, and in the hope that the company will address these issues.

I would like Cam Kidz (Pty) Ltd to ensure fair and lawful treatment of all employees going forward and to comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
